The guy who did this was most likely a MK-Ultra victim and or doped up to the eyeball's on prescription drugs like Prozac. In fact the most shocking murders in society always have something more to them. Blair was involved in helping to cover up the massacre at Dunblane, the elite are leaving a massive trail of blood and trauma based mind controlled kids who can easily murder because of their ordeals.
