An Assyrian king with horned helmet and pine cone. Certain trees such as the ash, pine and cedar were extremely dear to the ancient priest kings. Investigators tend to believe the pine cone represented the third eye and spiritual enlightenment. It denoted Dionysus, and also senior adepts and "messiahs" (anointed kings). It was used by several races to represent virility and potency. As an "eye" symbol it would have been the equivalent of the so-called "Eye of Horus."

You sure its a pinecone? Looks like a Monsanto corn on the cob to me. Now we know what happened to the ancients...history repeating.

i made a post on this on the "ringing cedars" thread and how it ties to in to chopping down pine trees and putting them in your living room.

Read up on pine cones, conifers and the sun.
Amazing stuff.

No, there are many very clear depictions. The sacred vessal is full of the pine cones. The same symbology was found in the Olmec carving of central America.

david wilcock indicates that the pineal or pine cone symbol was responsive to light. He referes to "microclusters" on the inside layer of the pineal and light, photns coming through the optic nerve caused a nervous signal. Other research indicated the microclusters are piezoelectric and that inded they jump when struck with photons. In the case of a human being in a trance instructed to know the first second of the new year, the crystal slams a nerve and makes a mark in memory that is responsive to the daylight cycle, the circadian rhythm,

in a way that allows greater precision unconscious counting of days by post hypnotics,

As a part of the reptilian instincts pineal controlled functions have the capacity to increase the resolve of the trance dependent on the dynamics of the instinctual value systems invoked.

I used to work in that center when it was first built. I remember thinking wow I love these "engravings" as I am very interested in ancient cultures... Now I think, why would they put those images in that location?
