The BBC childrens channel CBeebies has a show called "Yoko Yakamoto Toto." It's about the escapades of 3 crazy animal characters.
One of the characters 'Yakamoto' has an inverted pyramid on his forehead. It consists of 4 smaller pyramids inside it, 3 inverted and a black centre pyramid which is not inverted.
Unfortunately I can't find a Jpeg to upload but if you go here (http://www.bbc.co.uk/cbeebies/yokojakamokototo/) you should be able to see it. Yakamoto is the large cow/yak type animal.
For those who know about pyramid symbology, do you think this is significant in any way? It seems too deliberate to be there by chance.
EDIT: Just found a photo.
