i like the critique on new-age and other spirituality bull,
but a yogic or meditative lifestyle does not make you stupid like a baby.

yoga or meditation... makes you become aware of yourself and your tendency to make yourself unhappy.
when you become aware of that, you can stop it...
and the result is you are happy all the time.

you are not in a state of trance where you are stupid like a baby as the video suggests.
i'd dare to say meditation makes you smarter, because you become aware of all the thoughts
that run through your head that you take for granted all the time... but are actually not true.

maybe the author of that video should try some meditation,
so he could perhaps rid himself of the false belief that all of spirituality is crap.
(because that is sort of the vibe this video is sending to all the viewers if i interprete it well)

Yes. It lasted about 3 months after I did some acid. For about 2 weeks after I could not cope with any logical thought and I could not even do my job. This scared the shit out of me and I never touched it again. I thought I had permanent brain damage at the time.
