I say this, because I had this weird experience in the morning. I woke up and in my mind I could see nothing but 9:35 flashing. Basically all I could think about was 9:35. I tried waking my crappy notebook up from sleep, to maybe see the time, but couldn't. Is this a spiritual thing, to see a time or number flashing in your mind over, and over again. I was able to visualize the numbers in my mind.

The subconscious brian has an internal clock , that at times are just as precise as the lazor timing we have today .

The New scientist magazine has in the past hilighted a piece of work based upon super athletes and their skills may be due to the ability to use their internal clock .

the artical showed how these super athletes are able ( some how ) use their internal clock to "slow down time" so that they can make judgements better and faster than normal everyday people which is what can bring them to a peek performance . this artical was based ona squash player .

they said something similar to this .

that he was able to read reality faster by slowing down time inside his mind , which gave him more time to judge where and how he should be and how to hit the ball .

they then went onto how people tell stories about accidents .
im sure you know the one ? ?

where people servive accidents but say "time seemed to slow down but they were fully conscious of everything "
the artical didnt know ------------whether it made a difference on serviving or not .

personally , i think time is our perception of the reality program . if we disconnect our self from that program -----------we are there for outside the program pyramiters - rules -- and boundries , if one is outside the boundries of an extreme accident ----one can there for either influence it , or escape it . thus the "death program" passes us bye .

rather like falling down stairs .
If we stay connected to the program of aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh im falling .
we tense up , smash our bones and can have seriouse injuries .
if we disconnect and relax , we often find our selves brused a bit .

time is regulated deep within our brains and we dohave the power to influence it .

some of us --------------can do it better than others .
I call it slip streaming .

It is a skill that can also aid people to have foresight and what others call predictive abilities .

Einstein denoted that time is relative to the observer but the speed of light is constant to all observers .

this is not wuite true .
time is relative , there for so is the speed at which light in time travels .

plain and simply -----------people can slip stream reality .

and some

can create reality junctions

but thats another story .

You breathe on average 18 times per minute, that's 1080 per hour and 25,920 times per day.

One Platonic year, ie. the time it takes the sun to travel through all the signs of the zodiac is 25,920 years.

Ponder that.

Yeah, defo got an internal clock, I like to test mine every morning when I wake up, always fast.

Having a dump this mornin half asleep (got a bug), wondering what time it was and guessed 8:58 for some reason, turns out it was 8:50. I thought damn, my body's 8 minutes fast again, but then I just realsied im ahead of my time! :D

Peace

I'll add to what tracker said,

There was some program on television about disasters i.e. the plane crashes.
Some people experienced time slowing down ALOT. It's a natural reaction, but you can focus your energies into adjusting your Internal clock. Though it means there is less balance in the body. (i.e. you can become very forgetful)

Maybe its not a time, perhaps it is some kind of message. Try and look at it from another perspective, do these specific numbers fit into your life or situation in anyway?

I often wake up minutes or even seconds before the alarm goes off.
it goes off at a fixed time every day, except for weekends.
When I changed the alarm time I didn't experience it for a month or so.
This had led me to believe that the body does have an internal clock.
