Is is true of what they say that we live longer than we use to? Personally I believe yes we do compared to the middle ages for obvious reasons. But at the begining of humanity, whether it be 10,000 or 1 million years ago I believe humans were at peace with the universe, probably didn't need much food or water, and were absolutely stress free. Besides isn't that what kills us today is war, toxins, and stress? I would say humans probably lived 500 years.

I agree with your idea of ancestors living much longer. Today some scientists have theories of having more oxygen in the air years ago would have helped prove your theory. I think there was a time where man lived much longer -- what happened in between is still a mystery.

Read some of Edgar Cayces work on early human history. He mentions stuff like that. Maybe if they did live that long it could have been due to being only semi-material than material as we are now.

I can absolutely believe that we lived much longer in the past. The reasons are many and varied, not just down to climate conditions, the food we eat, what we drink, and being immersed in a more natural way of life. No fizzy drinks, drugs and chemicals, or Brontosaurus burgers at the local Dino-Burger Walk Thru.

However, I think 500 years or anything in excess of 200 is massively excessive. Humans today in the 80 to 120 age range are generally very frail and obviously well 'aged', for want of a better term. Accounting for the factors mentioned above, and many others, up to 200 seems somewhat reasonable. The human body just couldnt function and thrive for 500 years though, it just doesnt seem possible, no matter what the circumstances.

The idea is that aging would be slowed down proportionately. And the frailty of 'old age' and the symptoms of that would not be apparent in the end of days for the long lived, because of Healthy Lifestyle and learned Bodily Awareness and all the goes with it ("breathing through your heels" (heals?)).

An example is Aragorn in Lord of the Rings. He's of the Numenor Race of Men and their blood made them age twice as slow as average men.

It seems the more pure blooded you are, the less you age. Although as a human, we have probably been specificaly manipulated to have a certain life expectancy - on top of what I said earlier.

Yes people in ancient times lived much longer than our current life span. It is a great lie that the elite have pushed on us that people only had lifespans of around 40 years.

Even in the bible there are references to the ages of certain people being as old as 500 years. I also believe that there are people who as old as 200 years old living on the planet now. You don't hear about them much because most of them live in remote places in Asia and Africa. And also since many times they don't have a "reliable form" of visual proof about their birth, most people don't believe them.

I believe in the beginning humans lived to be hunderds of years old. I believe much of the Bible is history, and they talk about humans who lived to be like over 900. Before all the shit, yeah definitely possible.

Only the Good King can Pull the Sword of Excalibur. My guess is that they are just destroying all of the information and also forgetting for the majority of the under elite class. They burned all of the sacred books and kept a few for their records, inquisitions, burning times, crusades, rewriting history.
