Recently watched his interview on his TV programme called The Real Deal with World Trade Centre Janitor William Rodrigues, thanks to a link on another thread. This follows last night (14th July 2007) listening to George Galloway`s radio show on Talk Sport.
I have also listened to several of his radio shows in the past. After listening to last nights radio show I really have become very suspicious of this man regarding his comments on 9/11 and David Icke. On the TV programme he admitted to being open minded on the subject of 9/11 yet when questioned by one caller on the radio show what he thought about the possibility of bombs in the twin towers he dismisses this as online chit-chat conspiracy theories and also dismisses `The Inside Job` `theory`. The reason he gives for not believing there were bombs in the twin towers and not believing 9/11 was an inside job is because he saw like millions around the world, in his words "planes flown into the towers". So again in his words " If 9/11 was an inside job then hundreds of people must have been in on this".
From the times I have listened to George Galloway it`s clear he has a wealth of knowledge on world politics and events yet seems blinkered regarding 9/11giving no explanation as to why he thinks WTC 7 were brought down when not hit by a plane. His argument is he saw the planes hit the towers and that is what brought them down, not entering into discussion about the findings for example in the film Loose Change 2.
Another reason I am suspicious of him and wonder if he really is the real deal is his comments also on last nights radio show about David Icke.
Any Icke follower or just observer would know that following his 1991 appearance on the TV show Wogan that the mainstream media were out to get him and humiliate him. Quoting him as saying he was the son of god when Icke used the term sons of god to illustrate everyones unlimited potential.
Again another caller rang in and mentioned David Icke as being right in many of the things he has said in the past, yet Galloway used the brainwash the people mainstream media line son of god. Galloway actually replied that how can I believe anyone that says they are the son of god and that reptiles rule the world then as very often did not let the caller respond.
So if this guy Galloway is a man for the people then he has not done enough research on 9/11 or David Icke to be making these comments.
A lot of things George Galloway says especially being against the illegal war in Iraq I agree with. Now however I`m very suspicious of this man. Maybe others are too.
