The "sense of agency" (SA) refers to the subjective awareness that one is initiating, executing, and controlling one's own volitional actions in the world.[1] It is the pre-reflective awareness or implicit sense that it is me who is presently executing bodily movement(s) or thinking thoughts. In normal, non-pathological experience, the SA is tightly integrated with one's "sense of ownership" (SO), which is the pre-reflective awareness or implicit sense that one is the owner of an action, movement or thought. If someone else were to move your arm (while you remained passive) you would certainly have sensed that it were your arm that moved and thus a sense of ownership (SO) for that movement. However, you would not have felt that you were the author of the movement; you would not have a sense of agency (SA).[2]

Normally SA and SO are tightly integrated, such that while typing one has an enduring, embodied, and tacit sense that "my own fingers are doing the moving" (SO) and that "the typing movements are controlled (or volitionally directed) by me" (SA). In patients suffering from certain forms of pathological experience (i.e., schizophrenia) the integration of SA and SO may become disrupted in some manner. In this case, movements may be executed or thoughts made manifest, for which the schizophrenic patient has a sense of ownership, but not a sense of agency.

Accumulating evidence from functional neuroimaging studies, as well as lesion studies in neurological patients indicates that the right inferior parietal cortex, at the junction with the posterior temporal cortex (TPJ, temporoparietal junction), plays a critical role in the distinction between self-produced actions and actions perceived in others.[12] Lesions of this region can produce a variety of disorders associated with body knowledge and self-awareness such as anosognosia, asomatognosia, or somatoparaphrenia.[13] Electrical stimulation of the TPJ can elicit out-of-body experiences (i.e., the experience of dissociation of self from the body).[14]

I am just woundring if they are stimulating this area to disrupt my sense of agency...

i.e to confuse my ability to determine who is "presently executing bodily movements"

ie making out that they can control my body movements when in fact all they are doing is timely disrupting this part of my brain

Investigation of the sense of agency is important to explain positive symptoms of schizophrenia, like thought insertion and delusions of control. The core of the problem met by these patients is a disturbance of their sense of agency: the first rank symptoms, which represent one of the major features of the disease, are nothing but a loss of the ability to attribute their own thoughts, internal speech, covert or overt actions to themselves. Nonattributed or misattributed thoughts and actions then become a material for delusional interpretation and delirium.[19] A study has shown that in schizophrenic patients the feeling of alien control (i.e., delusions of control) during a movement task is associated with an increased metabolic activity in the right inferior parietal cortex.[2

its funny how they call these positive symptoms thought insertion and "delusions" of control....is that because they get a positive response when victims talk about these things and describe them....and the negative ones are the effect/impact of having thought insertion and "delusions" of control on there life

Maybe we should not think that they are as advanced. The governent can't even fix its own problems. I don't know what to think anymore. Last night it happened again at 3am with the chopper and what I assume a person would feel if they were receiving shock therapy. After that, my tinitus was even worse than before very loud. It makes me wonder why would they spend money and stuff and fly choppers just to zap me. Yet, it happened, and why always around 3am?:mad:

also you could use psychology back on them...

They are using Supercomputers and advanced military tech. on us civilians/Ti`s so the capability is there without question to compute our thoughts into text form.

This appears pointless,and OTT voyeuristic to know and then reveal that you know a persons mere thoughts...but then its the ultimate in `policing`and control..and they have it.

In Schizophrenia, Brain's Default Mode Seems to be Out of Sync

The "default mode," or baseline condition when the brain is idling, is not properly coordinated in patients with schizophrenia and this aberrant activity may be caused by poor connectivity between brain networks, a Yale School of Medicine researcher reports.

Co-author Godfrey Pearlson, M.D., professor of psychiatry, said he and his colleagues found that regions of the brain known previously to be individually abnormal in patients with schizophrenia, also function abnormally in concert in the default mode network.

Although in normal comparison subjects, the network, as measured by its blood flow with fMRI, resonates slowly and regularly, in schizophrenia the activity is increased and more irregular and also correlates with positive symptoms (click here to learn more about symptoms of schizophrenia).

“In addition, the extent of the default mode abnormalities correlated with the severity of auditory hallucinations, delusional thoughts, and attention deficits that are hallmarks of schizophrenia,” Pearlson said.

Although the exact role of the default network is unknown, it is thought to involve response to stimuli as well as self-referential and reflective activity that includes memory retrieval, inner speech, mental images, emotions, and planning of future events.

Schizophrenia is a psychotic disorder that alters patients’ perception, thought processes, and behavior as evidenced by hallucinations, delusions, disorganized speech or behavior, social withdrawal, and varied cognitive deficits. Episodic memory and attention are significantly impaired in schizophrenia.

A central feature of schizophrenia is disturbed integration of activity across multiple brain regions, or dysfunctional connectivity between frontal temporal brain regions. Symptoms of schizophrenia have been attributed to a failure of functional integration or aberrant connectivity among regions or systems of the brain.

The study included 21 patients with schizophrenia and 22 healthy subjects. The group performed a straightforward task while undergoing functional magnetic resonance imaging in which they were asked to detect an infrequent target sound within a series of standard and novel sounds. In the healthy subjects, the default mode network resonated slowly and regularly as observed by blood flow. In the patients with schizophrenia, the activity in the brain increased and was significantly more irregular, although they performed equally well on the task.

Abigail Garrity of Trinity College was the lead author and Vince Calhoun of the Institute of Living/Hartford Hospital was the senior author. Co-authors included Dan Lloyd of Trinity College and Kristen McKiernan and Kent Kiehl of the Institute of Living/Hartford Hospital.

The study was supported by, among other funders, the National Institutes of Health in a MERIT grant to Pearlson.

I would very much like to see more information on this type of understanding of the disease. I've thought for sometime that schizophrenia is due to do the different systems being out of sync, not necessarily broke themselves. I think when we can find a way to stabilize/synchronize how they communicate, then we will be much closer to finding a cure for this.

I agree with the upper comment, inability to suppress strange thoughts, images coming from nowhere, voices, all seems like inability to filter out crative part of the brain when it is not necessary. Interconnection between different control points in the brain. Something like that. Good luck to scientists.

The only drug that I have tried that helps improve communication and synchronize parts of the brain is Piracetam. It is a cognitive enhancing drug that has been shown to increase communication across the hemispheres through the corpus callosum. This increase in the corpus callosum is also seen in people who meditate, musicians who play instruments such as the piano, people who juggle regularly, and sometimes gymnasts/dancers.

It is also possible that bipolar medications such as Lamictal might help schizophrenic patients thoughts from becoming overly disorganized and uncontrollable. By stabilizing sodium channels and modulating presynaptic glutamate release, they might be able to improve the condition of some patients and stabilize the brain in a less centralized way.

unfortunately the medical profession has ruled out the possibility that something outside the brain is interfering with the normal function of it....hence why these people are labelled schizophrenic`s.....so good luck to them looking inside the brain for some "diseases" to explains these abnormality's

think about it like this they are looking at a mental object on a table and trying to explain why its abnormally/unexplainable moving about.....if they would stand back , think about it and look under the table (out side the skull) they would notice a somebody using a magnet to influences/control the mental objects behaviour

Something new happened to me the other night. I got woken up (as usual!) by my invisible friends and when I closed my eyes to fall back asleep, I saw what looked like video footage. My eyes were shut but I was seeing it as if my eyes were open and watching a TV screen. I couldn't make out what it was that I saw, as it only lasted a few seconds, then it faded away. I think I saw some people sitting at a desk or something. It was very high quality though.

So, it would seem that they can now make me see video when my eyes are shut?! Odd but quite impressive at the same time.

Has anyone else experienced this?

When we were introduced to Dr Pete Peterson by a mutual friend, and spoke with him for the first time on the phone, we immediately realized we were talking with someone who even by Project Camelot standards had a quite enormous amount of high quality information, backed by personal experience, on an astonishingly large range of subjects.

Among the many things Dr Peterson spoke about at length was his strong, informed belief that there will be a melt-down of the global economy - and US infrastructure - which may be almost upon us; that Obama is planning to disclose the reality of ET contact by the end of the year; and that most, but not all, of the ET visitors are friendly.

The release of this video was delayed because Dr Peterson was concerned that it might contain some material that was just too sensitive, and which might endanger us. He spent some time checking with colleagues to ensure that we would be safe to release the material. At the time of writing, he has not specified what these sensitive parts of the video are - though one might guess. We have taken the decision to take these risks upon our own shoulders and to release the interview in its entirety. It has not been cut.

We hope that those who have been waiting this for what feels (to us also!) quite a long time may understand the complexities and many factors involved, and that being a whistleblower is far from a simple matter. Dr Peterson is a person of high integrity who is very concerned about some of the problems faced by the human race, and who to his immense credit feels that he must give a warning. the truth is ....nobody knows the complete truth.....people have jigsaw puzzles...also there is so much misinformation/conjecture and disinformation

looks like the real useful stuff is pretty basic and out there but seems rather dull overshadowed compared with all these exotic theory`s ....also disinformation basically makes real information useless.

I don`t think its far-fetched that human DNA could have some ET genes in it...or life on this planet came/started elsewhere ....but that could of got here in many ways but I don`t want to get distracted and off subject...think the other more terrestrial information far more interesting/useful and more revilent

Merry Christmas and best wishes for the new year to ever one :)

I got a fraction done want I intended to do last year :( not surprised with being handicapped with this electronic nonsense plus some family issues I had to deal with. But there is lots of positive things in the pipe line going off , I am quite optimistic about next year TI`s are getting more credible documents, evidence , networking ....plus people are questioned the "system" plus a lot more non lethal s are being publicly admitted/used so the gap from what happening to us and what people believe is possible is shortening, Also the information that get passed around TI`s is getting better plus there a lot more creditable 3rd party stuff coming out.
I think 2012 going to one hell of eventfully year who really knows what's going to happen , I believe if we play our cards right we have a real chance of exposing this. So we all as TI`s need to be strong , look after our well being , prepare for some sort of crises/disaster (not trying to spread fear here but have some type of preparation/plan etc. should stop that) work with others to expose this, find ways to protect ourselves , again pretty much what we are doing already , lets face it 2012 probably going to cause the people round us more shock/upset/trauma than us .

I am currently trying to troubleshoot a stray voltage problem at my home. My tiled floor reads 1 volt AC 60 Hz to the house ground currently with a 12.8 ohm electric grounding system. This demonstration shows the techniques that I am using to get to the bottom of the problem. Electromagnetic Interference may cause Radio Wave Sickness (RWS) or Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS).

Secretly forced brain implanted targets inspired to survive

Exposing Earth's dark underbelly of no-touch torture and slow-kill, Kansas man courageously battles to win his case for others, especially secretly forced brain implanted children

Struggling to survive a crime reporters avoid, police will not touch, and friends repel as lepers knew long ago, Mr. Walbert's faith, hope and charity has inspired millions of learners and an untold number of other persecuted innocent Targeted Individuals (TIs) to survive the same cruel and inhumane treatment he endures, despite five secretly forced implants in his head used to daily torture and slow-kill him.

"We only need what makes us stronger in life, and not what is already bringing us down," says no-touch tortured[i] Mr. James Walbert. [ii]

Shackled in a technological invisible prison, Mr. Walbert courageously lighting Earth's darkest underbelly where a most evil human rights abuse is daily injuring an untold number of other innocent “war on terror” victims subjected to a "crime of profit and revenge."

Among an estimated 350,000 American victims[iii] of a “scandal” that has “much in common with another national security issue, neuroweapons,” commonly called mind control,”[iv] Mr. Walbert is the first to have electronic harassment recognized in a U.S. court of law. He is championed by Missouri State Representative Jim Guest.

Brain implanting with tiny transmitters, including implanting children asleep in their beds after unforced break-ins, when visiting dentists, or during surgery in hospitals -- without knowledge or consent has been occurring since 1974[v]. Often inserted through nostrils or ears, these chips operate using two-way radio communication[vi], after penetrating the brain, the radio wave is processed in a system connecting neurological functions to a computer, called singularity.[vii] Afterwards, mental activity, biological processes, sensory function -- the Targeted Individual’s entire life -- are laid bare for state inspection and control[viii], in violation of each human right.[ix]

The human right to privacy is the right to individual autonomy, violated when states interfere with, penalize or prohibit actions which essentially only concern the individual. The right to privacy encompasses right to protection of a person’s intimacy, identity, name, gender, honour, dignity, appearance, feelings and sexual orientation and extends to home, family and correspondence.

Experiencing 24-7 rights violations including physical invasion of his brain, how does Mr. Walbert live, much less inspire thousands other covertly chipped victims of this unspeakably evil crime that exploded with impunity after 9/11? How does he maintain any sense of normalcy knowing an intruder can enter his bedroom any night as he sleeps, completely sedate him, and induce amnesia, as evidenced one night in February 2007 during a 48-hour procedure? How does he stay in his greatness while implants in him are accessed daily to torture and slow-kill him?

In one of the most inspiring interviews by this writer, James Walbert, 40, answered those questions in email and phone interviews during holiday season 2011.

Faith, hope and charity

Born in Gary, Indiana, now resident of Wichita, Kansas, inventor of coveted health and security patents, Mr. Walbert admitted, “My personal life has suffered great loss due to this crime against me.”

“Theft, abuses and sexual crimes are elements of this criminal act against us who are targeted,” Walbert says, as his famous private investigator, Mr. William Taylor concurs.[x]

Despite no-touch tortured, the creator of health and safety inventions spoke of a paradox for which he is thankful.

“I look at the loss as a point of true gain in this crime.”

“This crime” is lethally targeting innocent people, TIs, listed for covert, daily persecution through in-home and community harassment, injury, kidnapping and assassination – usually via secret high-tech means, including weaponry. This human rights violation exploded like a deadly superbug across America after 9/11. The then new war on terror has seemingly justified the crime, despite, or more accurately, because its victims are not only innocent, but also among “America’s best,” as Taylor has explained.

Not “with” the 1%’s criminal status quo, thus “terrorists,” Mr. Walbert was among the TIs who courageously presented their extreme human rights abuse cases to President Obama's Bioethic Commission in February, 2011.

Societal rejection of TIs parallels that of leper treatment in days of old. Attempting to expose covert, relentless, criminal assaults on them is insurmountable for most and cause for deep despair for many. Anguish of induced mind control results in suicidality for some, such as the TI who put a loaded gun in her mouth two months ago and pulled the trigger.

“Much of what the public should know about this issue has gone unreported or uninvestigated,” states scholar Cheryl Welsh.[xi] These societal failures coupled with perpetrator threats and rumors keep the target isolated and thus more vulnerable for assaults.

Even closest family members and friends forsake TIs, as raped victims’ were in a bygone era. With no support by people unaware of the crime, most TIs live in a new-science invisible solitary confinement, designed to exclude any moral, emotional or physical support. The expressed hope of each of the thousands of TIs who have contacted this writer, is for the crime to be exposed.

Answering the cry for help of those suffering in this high-tech crime wave and never giving up on sharing hope and evidence-based information about this crime with those willing to hear, Walbert has been interviewed on 15 radio programs. In one alone, he reached 3-5 million listeners in 146 countries.

On managing induced solitude of this well-hidden crime, seemingly too sophisticated for general public comprehension unless revealed on Television, Walbert said, “I look at this as a point of gain, losing only the weak who’d have only fallen and left me standing at a far more important time in my life when I’d have needed them most.”

“So, it has been beneficial, for we only need what makes us stronger in life, and not what is already bringing us down.”

Has Walbert ever felt so much despair from unwanted intrusions to his body, mind and life that he cried?

Without hesitation, his answer to that was, “No, not at all, only prayed for those conducting this crime against me. It's they who are weak in this fight.”

“It’s just all the waiting for everything to fall into place; that’s what is hard to do.”

Going public, however, has been tough for Mr. Walbert, something high-profile implanted targets, including celebrities, find too difficult according to Mr. Taylor, who has urged they do so for sake of all these victims suffering in silence.

Unlike Mr. Walbert, the rich and famous who have been implanted against their will remain in the closet, “protecting their credibility,” according to Mr. Taylor who has encouraged them to help expose the crime.

Mr. Walbert says, “Now, I'll also have to stay public. I’d chosen not to do that, but now, I have no choice."

In so doing, Mr. Walbert has gained support for his pending surgical removal of his implants and subsequent court representation with needed evidence.

“My inventions would have made me famous in their field, and maybe in the public eye, but not quite like this!” he stated. “But if one can be credited with great achievements in life, that makes it all worth while.”

As most TIs experience, Mr. Walbert’s daily struggle revolves around induced financial crippling through theft, internet hacking, workplace mobbing and any other covert tactic to neutralize keep the target vulnerable for more abuse. he says that too survive, he views the crime in light of the worst economical crash in United States history.

“I’ve had to learn to guard everything of mine all the time, just to keep as mine and not allow someone else to steal what I have.”

Consistently, TIs report that once the satanic, never-ending persecution program begins on them, nothing is sacred: least of all privacy and personal belongings. Perpetrators spy or “stalk” using technology to take what and when they want.

“That’s the worst, realizing just how many horrible people you have around you, ready to take full advantage of you at drop of a hat. This crime made me notice them and just how close they were. This crime has basically thinned out all the snakes in grass.”

The most frustrating and challenging part of Walbert’s targeting he says, has been his trying to “get one of the perpetrators to face him.”

“No one will, no matter how hard I’ve tried,” he said. “All offending parties stay hidden at all costs."

Nevertheless, “even with the huge amount of support and credibility that this case has, they just don't give up!” he said, referring to endless 24/7 monitoring and unwanted intrusions to which targets are subjected.

He also attributes “having the amount of professionals that are working the case," a tribute to him that has resulted from his methodical record keeping leaving no stone unturned so that over a dozen professionals in various related fields are advocating for him and helping to expose what he calls a horrible crime against men, women and children.

“I have the best line of professional's fighting with and for me. Just look at their backgrounds and strong points,” he said.[xii]

Has he ever felt fear?

“Not really,” he said. “I know we will win this time around for sure,” he said, referring to his upcoming surgical removal of the implants and then, with the extra evidence going to court again.

How does Mr Walbert maintain his bravery and can-do attitude?

“I chalk it all up to Christ and His plan in my life,” he says, asserting he seeks not fame or fortune from the crime against him.

“Ability to really expose this crime into any creditable light at all has kept me going. Just knowing what I’m doing really is making a difference n someone else's life; that’s a great feeling."

Because of Mr. Walbert’s courage, millions of people worldwide have learned about his remarkable story of survival against all odds and that his covertly inserted implants are more common than imaginable. He has agreed to radio interviews with professionals such as William Taylor, State Rep Jim Guest, Dr. John Hall, Elected Public Official David Larson, Inventor Bob Boyce and Melodee Helett. Before hearing Mr. Walbert, most listeners had never been exposed in creditable manner to the secret crime.

“Knowing what I’m doing is going to keep another victim out of harm’s way or give them creditability for their family and friends makes it worth while."

Speaking with lump in throat, Walbert said, “The whole point of this exposure is for all the children suffering through this crime,” referring to child experimentation and sexual assault after covertly implanted by dentists and medicos without informed consent.

“Those abuses must be exposed at all costs. If I can stop this crime against just one child, then I’ve done my job in full.”

Lecturer on new technologies, health and earth science related issues, Dr. Nick Begich gave updates on Project HAARP and its implications for controlling weather and populations, as well as how we can develop a strong influence for personal and global change through technology and our own internal power. HAARP is an array of antennas, and by firing radio frequencies through them, a number of effects can be created such as altering the ionosphere (which begins about 30 mile above the Earth), he explained. These instruments can create a heating effect and as a consequence might be used for changing jet streams or manipulating the weather, he noted.

He cited one positive aspect of HAARP-- it can be used for earth-penetrating tomography, imaging under the earth's surface and being able to isolate every oil and gas field, for example. Yet, HAARP has also been associated with mind effects and the impact of radio frequency energy on the human body. A modulated external signal couples with the brain, and can change a person's chemical and emotional state, he detailed. Begich also touched on the history of mind control, such as the early work of the CIA's MK-ULTRA, which used unwitting subjects.

There's a lot of interest in the effects of various kinds of energy exchanges in fields as diverse as the military and the healing arts, such as using sound and light for tissue regeneration, he noted. Begich also addressed how his home state of Alaska has a huge base of natural resources, such as oil, which could be used as a source to help bail America out of its economic woes.

We're probably already chipped biologically. What if something in our brain, like the pineal gland for example, could be 'hacked' by a machine of some sort? Some sort of electrical current or radio frequency? Science fiction, sure. Improbably, not so sure. Not at this point.

again Ti`s personal belief of who/why/how is a mash of things and difficult to separate what is physically happening and what a TI believes is happening .
again the technology is deceptive by nature and loves to blur/subvert you belief and perception.

also over the TI community there probably been a mix of technology's and techniques used on TI`s over the 30 odd years since this is being done

again there are ways to break in with out force ..bump keys,pass keys getting the TI forget to lock the door etc....but I think this is risky for the perpetrators....again I think its more likely certainly with more modern technology they are hacking the mind & nervous system remotely ether via an implant or with electromagnetic energy...again this can have many effects on the target induce sensation /altered states keep you in a state of fear & dread (sonic/psychological warfare techniques )

also when you start to get targeted , its easier to believe that others around you are effecting you , than to understand that is you being altered/manipulated i.e its easier to believe when you can`t find your keys that somebody has moved/hidden them from the place you have always put them...than the psychological/technology effect of being absent-minded or distracted/dissociated when you last hand them in your hands ...and you put them down were you now have no memory of doing...again as these are induced (turned on more less like a light switch and not from a illness) they are hard to explain...so believing somebody else has moved them sounds more likely

I was putting the coffee jar in the fridge and milk the cupboard ....leaving my keys in my locker at work , leaving my wallet ,phone at work....then when I noticed this jumping to the conclusion that somebody had stolen or moved them....but I started to realise when i was making a coffee they hit me with a lot v2k mentally distracted me dissociating me from the activity/environment i was in did the similar trick/routine when I was leaving work , rather then getting somebody to sneak around and move things

also some Ti`s i believe when they experience a new sensation in there body that a new implant is been placed there....I don`t think that's the case even if you have a real implant I think its more likely a new signal being generated/stimulated in your nervous system or brain hence why i believe some TI`s believe somebody sneaked in while they were sleeping and inserted another implant...also they can induce weird dream like states and induce abduction like experiences

but if you are a TI then realise you need to reduce your fear, dread ,doubt,ignorance...so beef up your security ..get descent locks, cctv ...be more conscious of were you put things like your keys,phone etc...sort of make a mental check list ...don`t always jump to conclusions and start blaming preps for every thing that happens

Stalking harassment,intentional orchestrated and organised psychological abuse/terror or simply "gangstalking" is now widely documented in detail, the methods, techniques used etc for those who care to research.

What this does to a T.I. well the intent is destructive, to keep a person in `flight or fight`, can anyone not targeted really understand or believe this is going on in their `democratic,rule of law society`, in for a surprise !!

So yes this terror concentrates the mind alright and the fact is `they` use their resources in different ways, so targeting may be on a low level then `they` put on so called `big shows`.Point is this is nothing new there have always been abusers, witch hunter types, nasty pieces of work in our societies, perps (a gang for rats, snitches), always had them amongst us.

What`s been upgraded in our time is the tech. `they` can now underline and concentrate attack/terror with the favoured `twin` to "gangstalking" namely Electronic Harassment.

In the UK there really should be no surprise that those complicit are from every background/ profession and the backbone are those Police, those Doctors,and those in public sector who have been very willing perps.I`m reminded of Dr Harold Shipman an unassuming GP the biggest mass murderer in British modern times history, oh but he drove a people carrier, surely not, and he always looked so smart in his Xmas jumper !!.. I wish I could name the scum `professionals` I have been abused by, you ever so clever bastards one and All..time will catch up with you.

Directed Conversations

These are conversations that complete strangers will have out in public relating to the target and their personal situations. Eg. They will repeat things a target said in their home, or on the phone. They will let drop very personal details into the conversation, that could only be related to the target.

Eg. Civilian Spy #1. It’s a shame Uncle Ed won’t be able to come.

Civilian Spy #2. Yeah since he died golfing on Saturday.

The target will just have learned of a death of a favored uncle, (possibly named Ed.) while out golfing.

I look at the above as the TI being in a hyper vigilant(heighten state of awareness) mental state scanning the environment look for clues as to who/why/how they are being targeted more or less being in a state of fear/dread looking for potential threats ...There mind working over time looking for stimuli that is salient to them or has a personal meaning/association or tiring to create one

and not as the site "gangstalking world " claims techniques of preps and if you hear this then it means the people saying it are civilian spy's sorry I don`t buy this ...is paranoid bullshit and does not explain the psychological effect/how the mind body function under the extreme abnormal situation we are in.

Electronic Harassment

Electromagnetic weapons and frequencies will be used on a target on their homes. The purpose of using the EMF (Electromagnetic Frequency) on targets and their belonging are multifaceted. Electronic frequencies can destroy electronic equipment.

Electronic frequencies can be used for monitoring and tracking inside the home, and at work. It can also be used for purposes of sleep disturbance. When those conducting these covert investigations feel that they have psychologically destroyed the target to where they are near breakdown they will start to use these weapons. They will also use these weapons if targets are not going along with their harassment protocol.

to me this is the wrong way around.....you get targeted with the Electronic frequencies right at the start...its almost like they are spiking you with drugs and disrupting your brain function , unfortunately you are unaware of this , but you start to sense something is not right and you are natural hard weird to look for a psychical cause in your environment....later on when the Electromagnetic weapons have done the damage on you made you publicly discredited/ walk out your job, made paranoid sounding false accusation, maybe got you into the mental health system more or less isolated you ...they can just zap you with this stuff and not be so covert and deceptive

The German Democratic Republic, East German State Security aka Stasi had by reliable estimates anything between 500 thousand up to two million informants in a country with a population of appx.16 million.This was perpetrated fact and to this day,over 22 years later after the files that they attempted to destroy and shred are still being painstakingly pieced together, an estimated 45 million pages.

Now I don`t know the real scale of surveillance and harassment/stalking subtle or otherwise taking place in the UK and other Western countries where ever Ti`s live, but the creation of `stasi type` scenarios is I believe very feasible.

I am as has been witnessed by sane, reliable persons both related to me and not , subjected to organised stalking.This is being perpetrated to a middle aged man, living in a leafy suburb of a provincial UK city in the second decade of the 21st Century.And.. If /when this is documented proven, as I say those who understandably doubted that such abuse, in fact crimes could occur, are in for a surprise.

there was a power cut the took the electric down in the local area (housing estate ) so I decided to use my ELF detector and found unusual signals . I have been saying for a while this signals are not from my house hold electrics but being deliberately broadcast at me.

Also I did a body voltage measurement but it was low under 10 mv so I going to have to look at this again in a way of trying to prove my targeting as local electrical supply does effect my body voltage and it would be difficult to isolate any effect from an unknown source

I do believe you having a real experience and do believe you experience stuff you label as "gangstalking" but don`t think it happens the way that gangstalking sites claim ...i.e some organised man intensive operation were it involves thousands of people (preps) that live some double life and are in on it and deliberately/in full knowledge stalking/harassing you...I do believe its being orchestrated against you in a way so the above appears to be happening thou.

when i first got attack and before i even started this thread I did experience what some describe as gangstalking but I had already came to the conclusion its was deception,distraction ,misdirection ....mainly to make me believe what was happening to me was some local isolated situation thats was perpetrated by local people I knew and had something to do what i had done/not done etc ....but through trial & error and realising that the psychology of this did not add up or contradicted itself there was something else going on .
i can see how people do believe its some form of extreme bullying /harassment with the aid of some exotic surveillance/none lethals but this breaks down when you critically analyse it , for many reason ....the people that you are lead to believe to do this just don`t have the access to this type of technology, there would be far better ways for them to bully/harass you , they would not do this for year after year, the amount of people that would be coerced to go along with it ect....
also the "gangstalking" theory probably an easier concept to grasp , we sort of understand bullying/harassment/revenge/punishment after all the proof in our face right ....these people are blatantly doing this so we know that they are.....or at least the belief and our perception is that.

hence why I called this thread mind control & electronic harassment ...I did not even know about the term gangstalking or why Tis keeped going on about it and after spending so much time looking at it still believe its a symptom/side effect deception,distraction ,misdirection but also understand that you can be a magnet for anti social behaviour and prejudiced in society plus there are people that will take advantage of our vulnerable situation but these people also prey on other vulnerable people also not just ti`s.

President Obama directed his Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues (Commission) to review human subject protections to “determine if Federal regulations and international standards adequately guard the health and well-being of participants in scientific studies supported by the Federal Government.” Obama ordered the report last year in response to revelations that in the 1940s, the U.S. Public Health Service conducted unethical research on human subjects without their consent. U.S. researchers intentionally infected over 1,500 human subjects in Guatemala with sexually transmitted diseases. The Commission issued a report last December 14th and concluded that current U.S. rules are adequate and would prevent such abuses from happening again.

However, the Commission disregarded the lack of legal reforms for nearly half a million victims of unethical Cold War government research. The Cold War research was often conducted in secret and without consent. The ethical consensus today is that a person must agree to participate in any research and must be informed about the possible risks, known as informed consent. But bureaucratic roadblocks prevented crucial legal reforms from being implemented, including the requirement of informed consent in classified research. Today, U.S. law still allows for a waiver of informed consent.

The Commission report should have recommended an informed consent requirement for classified research but did not. Instead, the report’s central finding was that “the U.S. system provides substantial protections for the health, rights, and welfare of research subjects.” In failing its mandate, the Commission has put the public at risk for further unethical experiments in classified research. Significantly, the number of Cold War victims far surpassed the total number of victims of unclassified research, as in Guatemala, making the Commission’s failed mandate even more egregious shocking and inexcusable.

Between 1940 and 1974, Americans were used in military-related Cold War experiments involving radiation, blister and nerve agents, biological agents, LSD, and more. The story made headline news in the early 1990s and the public was outraged. Another presidential panel, the Advisory Committee for Human Radiation Experiments (ACHRE) issued a 1995 report on the Cold War research and stated that the federal government was “blameworthy for not having had policies and practices in place to protect the rights and interests of human subjects.” The ACHRE recommended two special rules to protect human subjects in classified research; an absolute informed consent requirement, and an independent review panel that must approve any classified research.

A 1997 memorandum issued by then President Clinton included both the ACHRE recommendation to prohibit a waiver of informed consent in classified research, and also a modification of the ACHRE’s second special rule. But the Clinton memorandum was never implemented. Despite reform efforts, since 1991, the federal regulations for the protection of human subjects have remained unchanged. The regulations are popularly known as the Common Rule, and cover both classified and unclassified research.

The Common Rule is found at 45 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 46. CFR 46.101(i) allows a director of a federal department or intelligence agency to waive any of the Common Rule requirements, including the informed consent requirement and to do so in secret. The waiver effectively nullifies the regulations, and as happened in past Cold War experiments, allows for a complete lack of protections for human subjects in classified research, at the discretion of top officials.

The endnotes of Obama’s Commission report briefly mentioned the current rules that cover classified research; an Institutional Review Board (IRB) must include a nongovernmental member and must review classified research, and expedited review is not allowed. However, without the consent requirement, U.S. rules still fail to meet even the minimal standards for adequate human subject protections today.

Nonconsensual human experimentation is a violation of the Fourth, Fifth and Eighth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution. The U.S. government has acknowledged as much in a U.S. Department of State report and past presidential commission reports. Today, human subjects have the constitutional right to informed consent but they don’t have the necessary tools–a rule or statute–to exercise that right.

The ethical consensus for the informed consent requirement and the constitutional right to be free from nonconsensual experiments provide a solid foundation for long overdue reforms. Additionally, the ACHRE special rules and Clinton’s memorandum support that informed consent in classified research is sound public policy.

It is true, most experts believe that the ethical standards and U.S. rules in place today would prevent the large numbers of Cold War experiments from happening again. While that may have been the thinking of the Commission, this disregards the overwhelming evidence that the legal requirement of informed consent in classified research is essential for adequate human subject protections.

Obama will now act on the Commission report and public opinion can make a difference. Let’s ask Obama to finish what Clinton started and give human subjects the legal tools to ensure substantial protections, a U.S. rule or statute that requires informed consent in classified research.

Hi, people... Haven't been around here - too busy...

I've noticed a strange "phenomena" around my building in 3 past days - same pieces of music played apparently by some jerk with his car stereo or something from 10 AM til 10 PM many, many times :confused: It was not like the bastard just plays his favourite song again ang again - just short clips from many different tracks - but it was looping :confused: Like 15-20-30 times during an hour or so... Of course, I got bored listening to it over and over ant turned on TV to listen to something different... So I can't tell how long they played that shit, but in the evening, when I wanted to sleep, turned off TV - it started again... Next morning - again... 3 days... :eek: Same audio loop! I'm sure I'm not crazy and I'm sure it wasn't "v2k" or something because I know the difference :cool: It's a real sound, I can bet other people would hear it also, not just me...

What the f*ck could that be? Why are they doing those stupid things? To drive me crazy? But I'm not going to react :cool: Any ideas?

Humans share a primitive response to fear with other animals, despite our ability to consciously assess danger, a new study shows.

All our conscious assessments fly out the window when danger rears its head.

The study, published today, shows that our primitive responses can contradict our conscious assessment of danger.

Researchers at the University of Exeter and Canterbury Christchurch University found the subconscious has a bigger impact on our response to danger than previously thought.

The findings have implications for how anxiety disorders, such as phobias, are treated.

Scientists recruited volunteers to sit in front of a screen, on which a coloured shape sometimes appeared.

Half the time, the image was accompanied by a mild electric shock. For the rest of the time, the image appeared but no shock was given.

During the trial they were asked to rate whether or not they expected a shock to be given and their skin conductance was monitored.

This technique measures the variation in the electrical activity of the sweat glands in the skin, which is an indication of the state of arousal of the sympathetic nervous system.

In other words, it gives a reading of a person's emotional state.

Following a series of trials involving shocks, participants were more likely to predict they would not receive a shock when the image was next shown.

The complementary result was that they generally anticipated receiving a shock if they had not had one for the last few images.

This phenomenon of expecting good luck after a run of bad luck and vice versa, is known as the 'gambler's fallacy'.

But the skin conductance tests revealed the opposite pattern.

Following a series of shocks accompanying the image, volunteers' physical responses to the next image shown suggested they were more likely to expect another shock, but that they were less likely to expect a shock after a run of no-shock trials.

This pattern of responding is consistent with 'associative learning': associating a visual cue with a significant event, a phenomenon that is well known in animals.

Previously it has been thought that, when using this type of procedure, humans respond differently from animals because we rely on conscious reasoning, rather than associative learning to generate our expectations.

Look this is how I see this, when you first get targeted you feel and sense there's something going on but you can't figure out what exactly is happening but you know there is , you feel like some one/thing is watching/interacting with you , but you don't know who/why/how

this puts you in vigilant maybe in a hyper vigilant state you walking around in your normal routine scanning your environment looking for clues to figure out who/why/how.....as you spot salient stimuli the people tracking/monitoring you (birds eye view of your life probably via radar) hit you with some type of response (pain/brain entrainment/V2k/emotional manipulation ) so you pair the neutral stimulus that you find salient with there response then as you can psychical see the neutral stimulus (I.e van , person etc) you associate it with something deliberately done to you. After a while any time you see similar neutral stimuli you react to it that's the conditioning part

the seconded layer to this is you try to prove when you spot these neutral stimulus to others as proof of what's being done to you , unfortunately they are neutral stimulus so when you point to them the people around you don't get the conditioned response that you do or the belief that you have strung together to try to make sense or justify what's happening to you.
They will start to question your ability to discern reality and may think you are paranoid or mental ill and there reaction towards you will alter

so when you get targeted like this you see all this stimuli around you effecting you, plus and increasing number of people reacting negatively towards you , is it no wonder you believe in gangstalking that people and events are being organised to wreck your life.

I would say some third party is effecting/subverting your perception and manipulating your belief to alienate you from the people around you and them form you.

I believe you dude, its sick, I have faith in God. I am being hit quite bad lately with their fucking torture beams pulsing through my body 24/7... enough is enough! I am now prepared to put my neck on the line to get this harassment exposed. If I'm going to be treated as some kind of enemy by the people doing this then I may as well become one.

I get 'the jury' scenario program. All manner of AI actors involved. This program has been running for over 2 years now. again your personality and attitude and your ability to cope/deal with our situation is going to matter
a great deal , again its not easy networking with TI`s but very rewarding when you do.
Also ideally you need to have access to internet/phone/preferably Skype (for conference calls)
ability and willingness to travail and meet other Ti`s (again probably a least once twice a year) but most stuff will probably via Skype and sort virtual office style

anyway if you interested please think about it and be realistic on what you can /prepared to do and pm me and we have a chat then maybe a skype call and take in from there.

again if you read my resent post I have a chance to do a body voltage test when there was a power cut in the area it was not the 1500 mV but only 10 mV also in a resent video about body voltage seemly you have a higher body voltage when upstairs , so this has more or less made me have to rethink that a body voltage reading is not going to be an good way to prove my body is being effected , i might have to use an oscilloscope and see if it can pick a odd frequency or do some more research on the matter

Psychological warfare (PSYWAR), or the basic aspects of modern psychological operations (PSYOP), have been known by many other names or terms, including Psy Ops, Political Warfare, “Hearts and Minds,” and Propaganda.[1] Various techniques are used, by any set of groups, and aimed to influence a target audience's value systems, belief systems, emotions, motives, reasoning, or behavior. It is used to induce confessions or reinforce attitudes and behaviors favorable to the originator's objectives, and are sometimes combined with black operations or false flag tactics. Target audiences can be governments, organizations, groups, and individuals.

In Propaganda: The Formation of Men's Attitudes, Jacques Ellul discusses psychological warfare as a common peace policy practice between nations as a form of indirect aggression in place of military aggression. This type of propaganda drains the public opinion of an opposing regime by stripping away its power on public opinion. This form of aggression is hard to defend against because no international court of justice is capable of protecting against psychological aggression since it cannot be legally adjudicated. The only defense is using the same means of psychological warfare. It is the burden of every government to defend its state against propaganda aggression. "Here the propagandists is dealing with a foreign adversary whose morale he seeks to destroy by psychological means so that the opponent begins to doubt the validity of his beliefs and actions."[2]

The U.S. Department of Defense defines psychological warfare as:

"The planned use of propaganda and other psychological actions having the primary purpose of influencing the opinions, emotions, attitudes, and behavior of hostile foreign groups in such a way as to support the achievement of national objectives."[3]

During World War II the United States Joint Chiefs of Staff defined psychological warfare more broadly stating "Psychological warfare employs any weapon to influence the mind of the enemy. The weapons are psychological only in the effect they produce and not because of the weapons themselves."[4]

The history of the application of sound in warfare is, by its very nature, cloaked in secrecy and misinformation. Much of what seeps out into public perception has been filtered through government agencies who, understandably, have a vested interest in protecting such covert and often 'black' weapons programmes, and the sensationalist columns of the underground press, whose flirtation with the subject spans at least two decades. Any attempts by myself or others to verify certain 'facts' is relatively futile. We report what we hear.

Possibly the first mention of sonic warfare is the now much-cited 'Walls of Jericho' scenario — a biblical story which no doubt many of us are familiar with. The walls came tumbling down after the synchronised blast of trumpets and voices rendered it unstable. However, it is only recently that sound has seriously been considered as a valid medium for destruction. Human beings respond to certain categories of sound in a number of complex ways involving auditory perception and psycho-physiological response mechanisms rendered through the brain. Certain species of sound above (ultrasound) or below (infrasound) the levels of human auditory perception would theoretically prove most effective within the crucible of warfare.

During the Vietnam conflict in the early 70s, the US military experimented with a structured programme of psychological warfare, dubbed the Urban Funk Campaign. A sonic weapon known as the 'Curdler' or 'People Repeller' was employed to disrupt unruly crowds, and generally irritate the enemy during the night. Audio frequency oscillators were mounted on helicopters, and blasted frequencies at 'Charlie', ranging from 500-5000 Hz at an amplitude of 120dB – equivalent to the roar of a jet engine at close quarters. This was a highly effective panic-inducing weapon, which was also reputedly deployed during the height of the Northern Ireland conflict. The Urban Funk Campaign also employed an 'audio harassment' programme, Wandering Soul, in which recordings of eerie sounds said to represent the souls of the dead were played through the night in order to spook the superstitious enemy. Despite eventually realising that they were hearing a recording beamed from a helicopter, the enemy snipers could not suppress the fear that their souls would some day end up moaning and wailing in a similar fashion after death.

Urban Funk Campaign was also putatively responsible for the 'Squawk Box' – a device which the British MoD denied existed, although authorities in Lisburn confirmed the existence of the Curdler, which they claimed was in storage, but never used. The Squawk Box was a developmental weapon initiated by a joint military/civilian group of scientists and technicians working in secrecy and with a high degree of autonomy in Lisburn (New Scientist, Sept 1973). Mounted on a Land Rover or similar carrier vehicle, this device housed in a 3ft cube was able to emit two marginally different frequencies (eg 16,000 & 16,002 Hz). These component frequencies, their sum and difference, produced a subsonic harmonic of 2Hz (infrasound). It's effective beam was so small and directional that it could target individuals, producing 'spooky' psycho-physiological effects such as panic, vomiting, and seizures. It is worthy of note that infrasound is particularly effective in the arousal of fear or anxiety. The experience of auditory stimuli is a function of the nervous system. We are culturally conditioned to interpret sounds, and recognise them, which is why we are roused to anxiety by an experience we can neither interpret nor dismiss as 'noise'. The very fact that infrasound can be 'felt' but not heard creates a frustrated perceptual impulse. Anxiety can only be resolved by attaching it to an object or cause. In the absence of either, we tend to create one, and in most instances we create a supernatural or preternatural one.

We have spoken so far about psycho-physiological effects of sound as a weapon – but what about the purely physical effects? Going back to our Walls of Jericho scenario, the phenomenon of resonance can potentially be amplified to cause destruction. The opera singer, Caruso, was able to shatter wine glasses with a single note sung at the sympathetic frequency of the glass. In theory the same phenomenon could be created synthetically. In the early 1970's, acoustic engineer Vladimir Gavreau was experimenting with infrasound weaponry. Now the stuff of infrasound legend, Gavreau was responsible for the construction of a giant 6ft whistle, powered by compressed air, which reputedly scrambled the inner organs of it's unfortunate operator (a phenomenon known as 'cavitation', where the internal physiology was fatally resonated). Distraught, Gavreau ceased his experiments, but left behind plans and models for highly sophisticated, directional sound cannons, which were apparently seized by the French authorities. In a recent conference with Dr Guy Peter Manners, Professor of Cymatics (a form of sonic therapy), I happened to enquire about his knowledge of Gavreau. It appears that what I had previously assumed was legend was almost certainly true. Although Manners was reluctant to divulge details, he informed me of certain facts which cannot be repeated here as they would breach the conditions of the Official Secrets Act. Manners also informed me of experiments which he had first hand experience of in wartime Germany, where sonic weapons were being developed under a highly classified strategy initiated and financed by Hitler's government. Once again, frustratingly, I cannot release such information for at least two more years, but a separate source reveals the fact that the Germans were pioneering a sound-based weapon known as the 'Luftkanone', developed at Talstation Lofer. This was a parabolic device which, although untested on humans, was apparently... 'capable of killing a man with sound pressure in about 30-40 seconds. At greater ranges, although not lethal it would be able to disable a man for an appreciable length of time. Vision would be affected, and low-level exposure would cause point sources of light to appear as lines.'

Frequent enquiry on the internet has revealed that the US government, in partnership with specialist agencies, are working on a programme of 'non-lethal' weapons systems designed to disable but not destroy enemies. In a recent conversation with a physicist at Sandia National Laboratories, I can confirm that infrasonic weapons are still a viable option, although it comes very low on a list of alternatives due to it's cumbersome nature, and the lack of an effective, and powerful amplification system. This leads us neatly into a slightly more sinister, and perhaps more unreliable subject, which probably warrants an article on its own – HAARP. Conspiracy theorists in their droves are seeing this project (an acronym for High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project) as the target of their vitriol. HAARP was initiated by the US government (again!) for a variety of applications, particularly to enhance global communications. A cursory glance at the HAARP web site will reveal all manner of well-intentioned projects and applications for this 'Ionospheric heater' – an array of bizarre looking antennae situated in the back end of Alaska. However, conspiracy theorists claim that the project (reputedly influenced by Tesla technology) has a more sinister intention, and recent investigations highlight a concern that this array can potentially beam EM (electromagnetic) pulses at aircraft, and melt engines, disrupt communications, and destroy life from the upper atmosphere. Although I remain sceptical, I do acknowledge the fact that mankind (and particularly the US military!) has a tendency to use technology to adverse effects. HAARP appears to feed the post cold war paranoia of a suspicious public.

Conversely, there is sufficient evidence from radio hams that the Russians were experimenting with ELF (extremely low frequency) toys at least two decades before HAARP. Radio hams reported ELF clicks from a Russian source being beamed into the US via the airwaves. The Russians were blamed for weather manipulation, mind control, and other unexplainable atmospheric events. Because of the nature of the repeated clicks, the Russian project was dubbed 'Woodpecker'. Truth, misinformation, or paranoia? Eldon Byrd of the US Naval Surface Weapons Centre who controlled the US Non Lethal Weapons programme in the early 80s, confirms that ELF and electromagnetic devices are feasible – but it appears that yet again, all details are contained within the secure 'black' world of hidden research projects. The US Department of Justice report on ELF weapons disclosed that sustained exposure to ELF radiation can produce nausea or disorientation. One researcher subjected animals to ELF radiation through implants, and feels that similar results can be produced from afar without implants. Russian scientists have already claimed to be able to induce sleep from afar (electrosleep) by similar methods. Doubtless, more information on sonic weapons will come to light as information becomes declassified. It would appear overall, that the impracticalities of certain sonic weapons systems far outweigh more sophisticated counterparts... I wait to be surprised!

In Krystof Wodiczko's striking installation Out of Here: The Veterans Project, currently on view at the ICA in Boston, choppers roar overhead. People scream in the distance. Glass breaks and shatters on the floor. The viewer can see almost nothing; the large room is dark, except for a few windows high above, created by a row of video projections. The view from these windows is obscured; the piece is as much about what you can't see than what you do see. But even more importantly, the piece is about what you hear--and what you can't hear. The chants of an imam become the sounds of women wailing. Gunshots begin to fire sporadically. Military officers yell harsh commands. The rumble of bass—a swarm of Humvees in the distance, drawing closer—gets louder and more threatening. The longer you stay in the room, immersed in the increasing racket, the more palpable the sense of dread becomes. The harrowing sounds of war are not simply about the sounds themselves, but the spaces in between.

In the intriguing new book Sonic Warfare: Sound, Affect, and the Ecology of Fear [MIT Press], Steve Goodman explores the power of sound as a tactic of irritation, intimidation, or even permanent harm. Goodman analyzes "environments, or ecologies, in which sound contributes to an immersive atmosphere or ambience of fear and dread--where sound helps produce a bad vibe."

Goodman catalogs a litany of military uses of sound that seem like sinister science fiction fantasies. The "Urban Funk Campaign" was a suite of audio harassment techniques used by the military in Vietnam in the early 1970s. One such technique was called "The Curdler,” or “People Repeller,” a panic-inducing oscillator with the ability to cause deafening impact at short distances. The Windkanone, or "Whirlwind Cannon," was a sonic weapon planned by the Nazis. The “Ghost Army” was a unit of the U.S. Army in World War II that impersonated other units to fake out the enemy, employing an array of sonic deception techniques with the help of engineers from Bell Labs. "The Scream" was an acoustic weapon used by the Israeli military against protesters in 2005. That same year, the Israeli air force deployed deafening sonic booms over the Gaza Strip—producing powerful physiological and psychological effects. "Its victims likened its effect to the wall of air pressure generated by a massive explosion," Goodman writes. "They reported broken windows, ear pain, nosebleeds, anxiety attacks, sleeplessness, hypertension, and being left ‘shaking inside.’ "

The physiological effects of sound get an extended discussion via the concept of infrasound, or sub-20 Hz bass frequencies, which are legendary for inducing bodily harm. Fantastical tales about infrasound and its infamous effects on the human body abound in popular lore. Infrasound devices generally require huge, heavy rigs to produce such powerful waves, which limit their practicality. One of the book's most fascinating accounts is the story of the wily scientist Vladimir Gavreau, who did bizarre experiments with infrasonic waves in his French laboratory in the 1960s. According to Goodman, one such experiment caught Gavreau and his team in a “vibratory “envelope of death,” where they “allegedly suffered sustained internal spasms as their organs hit critical resonance frequencies.” Goodman seizes upon these outer limits of sound - infrasound at the low end, and ultrasound at the high end - and explores them extensively. For him, infrasound and ultrasound, at the edges of our range of perception - illustrate the “unsound,” as he terms it, the “not yet audible.”

Freakish military devices like "The Curdler" may seem like footnotes of the historical record--curiosities from wars staged in far-flung lands. But these devices also hit close to home. Last September, police in Pittsburgh utilized a device known as the LRAD (Long Range Acoustic Device) cannon against G20 protesters -- the first documented use of one of these acoustic cannons against civilians in the United States. At top volume, the cannon is capable of emitting high-pitched warning tones at 146 decibels -- loud enough to cause permanent hearing damage.

“Ghost Army” was the nickname given to a division of the U.S. Army, the
Twenty- Third Special Troops, stationed in Europe during World War II. They
consisted of artists deployed in the fabrication of camouflage and fake inflatable
equipment, and sound and radio engineers using equipments pioneered at Bell
Labs. The Ghost Army’s aims were to trick the enemy into reacting against the
presence of a non-existent phantom army using the sounds of troops, tanks, and
landing craft, allowing the actual troops to manoeuvre elsewhere. In addition to
the Ghost Army, Division was working on a joint army- navy project based on
“The Physiological and Psychological Effects on Men in Warfare,” research orchestrated
by Bell Telephone Labs and consisting of physiologists and sound engineers,
including the inventor (Harold Burris- Meyer) of the new stereophonic
system that made possible the recording of music for Walt Disney’s Fantasia. In a
short excerpt of archive footage from an army training film during World War II,
an engineer is shown cutting a “dubplate” of sound effects such as bulldozers,
the construction of a bridge, and an armoured column of troops. The records
were then fi led at a library at the Army Experimental Station and rerecorded in
sequence onto wire. The engineer is filmed mixing down a soundtrack onto a
wire recording using three turntables.
This sonic deception involved the generation and distribution of sounds to
produce the sonic experience of the battlefield in order to confuse, mislead, or
distract the enemy. Blending actual recordings and artificially generated noise,
it was targeted at the enemies’ ears and listening devices. The less effective the
enemy’s visual capabilities, the more powerful sonic deception could be. Visual
concealment by smoke or the dark of night obviously assisted the process. Moreover,
climate and geography intimately affected the range of signals. Based on
the intricate logic of sonic effects, the sound ranging of the enemy attempted to
estimate the distance of the sound sources. For example, the Doppler effect dictated
that sound increasing in frequency was approaching and sound decreasing
in frequency was retreating. Such a manipulation of frequency was therefore deployed
to trick the enemy or was deliberately avoided in the recording of sound
effects. Yet, in practice this was unreliable, and it required the enemy to remain
relatively static.
These techniques of sonic deception derived from an accident. It was noticed
that when dive bombers came plunging from the sky, with their characteristic
“screaming whine caused by a siren deliberately designed into the aircraft . . .
it instilled a paralysing panic in those on the ground. . . . For Division of the
National Research Defence Committee, the lesson was clear: sound could terrify
soldiers. . . . So they decided to take the concept to the next level and develop
a sonic ‘bomb.’ . . . The idea of a sonic ‘bomb’ never quite panned out, so
the engineers shifted their work toward battlefield deception.” Sonic deception
therefore emerged out of the power of audible vibrations to generate an affective
ecology of fear.
This sonic manipulation of the enemy involved a number of key tactics of
frequency to produce virtual sound. To create a phantom army in sound, its
presence had to be fabricated using what is often referred to as the “acoustical
intimacy” of binaural hearing, that is, the ears serve as two input channels for
sound and together create a whole virtual field:

Hearing is imperfect and can be fooled, especially when other senses, such as sight, are
also involved. We do not hear in the precise way an oscilloscope measures sound waves.
How an what we hear depends on context, both physical and emotional. . . . Presence emerged as the complex result of improvement in several key components of the sound
recording and playback system. First, the recordings themselves were purer, clean of
masking sound or obtrusive background noise. Second, the individual sound effects were
mixed into multiple channels and then played back through multiple speakers, both on
a single vehicle or vehicles separated by hundreds of yards. The psycho-acoustical effect
was that, as sound moved between speakers, the listener heard a phantom sound,
a sonic illusion, but one that did not jump from one sound source to another. Rather it
lingered in the space between the two speakers, creating a sense of spatial reality for the
sound. . . . The speaker itself evolved from a rigid metallic horn that gave off volume but
sound tinny and flat, like a megaphone. Now a larger,

flexible speaker came into play.

Now wouldn't a RADAR based microwave hearing effect be an ideal platform for sonic warfare?

Pretty hard to make you believe an phantom army is camped out side your house or roaming the streets , but you could deceive people into believing that people you saw were some type of agent or had some secret double life as a gangstalker/perp

I believe an element/phase of our targeting is some type of urban personalised advanced sonic warfar to get us reacting to some phantom "perpetrators" in our local area so others see us as acting out of character and suffering from some type of Persecutory / grandiose delusion and we are quickly labelled as mental ill and carted of to the mental ward to be drugged once than is done and we are isolated from friends and family outcast in the community and written of as some paranoid nut then they can carry on and almost do anything to us.

Bad Vibrations: Investigating Sound As Terror

I first heard of Steve Goodman as the head of Hyperdub, a London-based record label that has released work by avant-garde electronic artists like Burial, Joker and The Bug. But Goodman isn't your average label executive. He's a scholar, a lecturer at the University of East London and a musician who goes by the name Kode9. His new album, Black Sun, features rumbling bass lines under lyrics about a toxic world where a radioactive event has laid the land to waste. Goodman is also a DJ, and the time he has spent in the clubs of London during the last decade helped spark the global dance genre known as dubstep. But Goodman's interest in sound extends beyond the dance floor.

"From being a DJ and playing on various good and bad sound systems, I'm very aware of the fact that sound — and music — doesn't always create enjoyment and pleasure," Goodman says. "Actually, sound has a very special power of creating irritation and bad vibes."

As a scholar, Goodman studies the potential for music and sound to repel or harm listeners. On Friday, as part of a collective called AUDiNT (short for Audio Intelligence), Goodman will open an exhibition at the Art In General gallery in New York City called the Dead Record Office, which looks at various military uses of sound.

I met Goodman in a small apartment in Brooklyn, where he told me that he thinks of his work as a musician and his work as a scholar as being separate from one another but admits that elements from one inform the other. In 2009, MIT Press published his book Sonic Warfare.

"We look at everything, in the book, from the military using acoustic weaponry to the way sound is used in branding and advertising, to the way intense sound is used by various music cultures around the world to build collectivity," Goodman explains.

His work with AUDiNT looks at the way sound has been used to aid destruction. The group takes the detailed historical research of his scholarly work and dresses it as art. The Dead Record Office exhibition offers a peek into the group's work.

"What we're doing is tracing or mapping these three phases of the history of acoustic weaponry," Goodman says. "Firstly, starting with the Second World War, there was a division of the U.S. Army that was referred to as the Ghost Army. Part of what they were involved in was sonic deception, putting loud speakers in the battlefield to create a false impression. So we trace this from the Second World War to the U.S. Army in Vietnam, a division of psychological operations called Wandering Soul. This involved helicopter-mounted loudspeakers playing simulated Buddhist chants, fabricated sounds of the dead ancestors of the Viet Cong fighters speaking to them from the afterlife to try and persuade them to surrender."

The third phase is less psychological, looking at a sound's potential to be a more conventional weapon.

"What's starting to emerge now," Goodman says, "is the use of these ultrasound driven directional audio speakers." These speakers can actually rupture eardrums from a distance.

Despite such advances in sonic technology, the old psychological tactics are still being used. Toby Heys, a fellow researcher at AUDiNT, says the U.S. military's use of sound with prisoners at Guantanamo Bay has been well-documented.

"A lot of the detainees who were interviewed after their detainment have spoken about sonic torture as being the worst," Heys says. "Rather than the sexual humiliation, rather than the beatings, the worst thing that they went through was the sonic torture."

Nina Kraus, a neurobiologist at Northwestern University who studies the human auditory system, explains how sound triggers responses like fear in the human brain.

"We know that our auditory system has direct connections to our limbic system, which modulates emotions such as fear that will strengthen these neural circuits," Kraus says. She adds that those connections are unique to each individual, so no two people will hear a sound in exactly the same way. "You know, because of the experience that a person has had throughout their lives using sound, now when any sound occurs — and in this case emotionally salient sounds — then the nervous system will respond in a way that will particularly enhance the information bearing elements of the sound."

For a child raised in an urban environment, the sound of an ice cream truck might trigger a desire for sweets, while those who have never been around a vendor on wheels may find the looping melodies an annoyance. Heys says that the U.S. troops have employed an exaggerated version of this idea in Afghanistan.

"Before they embark in conflict they cleanse the area, but it's like this cultural cleansing," Heys says. "They're playing heavy metal music, they're playing rap music, they're playing country music."

Depending on your cultural experiences, the booming bass lines of Kode9's music may sound either threatening or inviting. But as Goodman says, that's exactly what interests him about sound.

"There's a political dimension to sound and music that people often ignore that I call in the first book the politics of frequency," he explains. "The way certain frequencies change the way you feel the way they resonate with different parts of your body, tapping into physiological and psychological dimensions of your experience. I'm looking to open up that other dimension, to get people thinking about music and sonic culture."

People often celebrate the healing power of music; it can distract us and put us at ease. But Goodman's work demonstrates that music can be something more than just a pleasantry, and that it's worth trying to understand the full scope of its power, even if it hurts.

Hi Deca, I really appreciated this video of Lars Drudgaard.

When the video reached 58:00 to 1:00:00 and Lars says he has some information on the system and that there are a lot of things going on in the background, that is the most interesting.

Do you know if the source was from the persons who are programming him (telepathically--what is called voice to skull?) in some of their back and forth mental communications or is he learning it from research or outside sources?

He went on to say the reaction force faces life in prison. What is the reaction force? Is the "reaction force" the perpetrators of the electronic harrassment?

He also said the US government will not allow disclosure, that the doctor's degree has gone sour due to participants stating they did not want to participate in the research program. So, are some of the perpetrators of the electronic harrassment taking a stand against the program?

Also, Lars made the comment that he would not be allowed to hold a job (as long as the the perpetrators are continuing to target him), because it compromises everyone around him. Is that because (1) it would reveal to too many other people what the perpetrators are doing, or because (2) the other people who work around Lars would be adversely affected (mind control or health deterioration) or because (3) the goal of the perpetrators to make Lars appear "crazy" would backfire on the perpetrators, because others would realize for themselves there was electronic surveillance being done?

again you have to start to understand the different types of audio/methods of generating sound in the body/mind and how perception works.Plus have an understand of the history of developing such technology and experiments on controlling the human mind.

Yes they do, do some research on mylabs. I will say this, there are many people who have experienced the things in thread (which Deca has kept going in a logical and informative way) in some form. They have EXPERIENCED these things.
Logically there are two answers either mind control and similar technology exists and is being used or those who claim it does (of which I am one) are mentally unbalanced.

So what is your point? There will be little proof of such technology, the ones using it (human or otherwise) are not going to announce it. If the other is the case and the many many people who claim is this is happening are mentally unbalanced. If this is the case then why harrass them? Do u think that constant harassment is acceptable even if the the 'Ti" doesn't show 24hour signs eg: depression etc?

How much harassment do you believe it takes to really cause lasting trauma?

Some articles on the internet, describe AI processing (Artificial Intelligence) on supercomputers on the sigint echelon network, like those claimed the NSA/British-Intelligence own. They monitor internet traffic. A few articles claim that the V2K tier is connected to AI processing. Therefore a TI will hear voices that the majority of the time are not human controllers but AI actors. With certainty I believe this:

1) Voice actors repeat keywords and phrases
2) New keywords and phrases are introduced, with no prior knowledge.

I have found that conversations with voice actors repeated phrases and keywords are often used. In question and response, responses are many times incomprehendable; do not make sense or follow logic. Sometimes a response is a repeated keyword or phrase. Sometimes new keywords or phrases are introduced, with no prior knowledge of, which suggests they are external. Voice actors maybe, human controllers whose voices are masked by a vocalized mask. It would not be feasible to assign several human controllers to a single TI, working shift patterns. There are too many TI's, a supercomputer with an AI core, running millions of thread processes on hardware that can execute trillions of instructions per second, is more feasible and the way to go. Therefore this assumes the following axiom, whoever controls these supercomputers, the technology on this platform is years in advance of mainstream, or 'known' technology. The areas are computer technology and neuroscience.

Given this, how does the AI get into the TI's brain? A basic low-level layer of abstraction has to be loaded into the TI's brain e.g. similiar to that of a computer software that interfaces with the hardware (BIOS). This low-level operating system might create segmented memory areas in the brain e.g. hippocampus area. Memory items might be created by manipulating PKMZeta protein, to fuse neurons to create the neural path chain and thus the memory. These neuro memes are then wired up to neuro processing centres. After this is 'installed', application programs can run

Translate the CNC concept to a remote CNC controlled maser knife, the design is the AI Brainware, and the workspace the regions/locations to the brain. Those regions/locations are represented by values in a 3D co-ordinate system.

The uploading of application brainware and data e.g. jury game, can be performed remotely through sensory channel centers uploads e.g. visual and auditory cortex, etc.

The TI's brain is conceptually a computer.

thanks, your welcome to join, np. It's been up for several months, only a few members, its closed no bots, so it doesn't get indexed on search engines, less perps. I was expecting to herd in genuine TI's, just got a few, but they have probably forgotten about it. Its hosted on freeforum boards for free, but the PhPBB forum software version is crap, a few problems and issues - it fails to display linked images and video. A TI forum on another host is probably a better idea, in regards for all concerned. Content-wise it has a wide range of topic areas. I ended up putting some ideas up, some a bit far out, but there it is.

I personal get forced speech witch could be perceived as tourettes I have to actually keep my tongue pushed to the top of my mouth ...when you use sub vocals the signal still goes to tongue and other parts it just does not engage and actually speak the words or something like that

And the scientists want to do it all from the outside in — with a gadget installed inside the troops’ helmets. “Remote Control of Brain Activity Using Ultrasound,” the Defense Department’s Armed with Science blog promises.

It’s the latest out-there project in the military’s growing arsenal of brain-based research. In recent months alone, the Pentagon’s funded projects to optimize troop’s minds, prevent injuries and even preemptively assess cognitive ability and vulnerability to traumatic stress. Now, Darpa’s funding one lab that’s trying to do it all — from boosting troop smarts to preventing traumatic brain injuries.

Arizona State University neuroscientist William Tyler has been working with funding from the Army Research Laboratory for years. That neurotechnology work has now caught the eye of Darpa, which awarded his lab a Young Faculty Award to improve upon non-invasive approaches to brain stimulation.

“When people ask what this kind of device could do, I ask them what their brain does for them,” Tyler tells Danger Room. “The brain serves all the functions of your body, and if you knew the neuroanatomy, then you can start to regulate each one of those functions.”

Already, scientists have devised cutting-edge brain stimulation methods to treat medical disorders, like Parkinson’s disease or severe depression. But current deep-brain approaches require invasive surgery to implant electrodes and batteries, and external ultrasound stimulation can’t penetrate “the deep brain circuits where many diseased circuits reside,” Tyler writes at Armed With Science.

Now, Tyler and his research team have created a “transcranial pulsed ultrasound” that’s able to stimulate a myriad of brain circuits from the outside in. The device has already proven capable of targeting deep brain regions, unlike existing methods. And it’s capable of zeroing in on extremely specific brain zones, as small as two or three millimeters. Plus, prototype devices are small enough to be fitted inside a typical helmet.

“Going deep beneath the skull and having extremely specific spatial resolution are two huge advantages over existing approaches,” Tyler says. “Depth and specificity are what allow the ultrasound to do what other methods can’t.”

With Darpa’s funding, Tyler plans to expand the uses of the ultrasound and improve the device’s spacial resolution even more, making it a veritable all-in-one brain stimulation device. Using a microcontroller device, the ultrasound would stimulate different brain regions to boost troop alertness and cognition, relieve stress and pain, and protect them against traumatic brain injuries.

“The really damaging part of a TBI isn’t the initial injury,” Tyler says. “It’s the metabolic damage, the free radicals and the swelling that are happening in the hours afterward. If you can flick your remote and trigger an immediate intervention, you’d be curbing what might otherwise be lifelong brain damage.”

hi as regards to scanning (for awhile I had to think what you meant?) I was part of an international conference, which is what is now, some of the recent international campaign/movements. I was supposed to be developing RF counter-measures, but have not been mentally fit to do so (24/7 barrages and marking). Some point I will return to this device. I took a side turn and spent time investigating the resident AI actors/agents and how to 'create' psychological devices to destroy or make them disfunctional.

One well-known TI on the committe, swears by a particular EMF detector that he uses for his scanning. Maybe you already know about this one, if not I can msg you the spec and where you can buy it. Let us know.

There is an interesting device called Quwave, that works on scalar wave concept technolgy. One model of the device is an anti-psychic and psychotronic attack device. They are expensive.

As for getting out in the public and scanned; I have city types and mafia targetting me, they are not street punks, heavily armed and nasty. So its going to be difficult getting about.

Is Barrie Trower still in the UK? Last I heard he is representing in N. America. A UK HR lawyer who specialises in TI's also gone to N. America. I had correspondance with this lawyer (who was also targetted) and he more or less emmigrated and has more interest across-the-pond.

Yes...I have been at a skype conference with Magnus Olson and Mr Henning, they are very knowledgeble, experienced and seriously active people, as were other members of the conference. When I read Magnus's work on his website(s), it actually confirmed the AI and secret/silent telepath concept, that I was thinking about for a number of years. Unfortunately I got zapped and voice tortured during involvement in the ongoing conference and withdrew. I was taking a backseat, running the counter-measures, no surprise why i got 'whacked', so they are aside at the moment.

The scalar wave field 'Quwave' device concept is very elegant...well much more than a crude RF jammer. I will look into scalar wave theory and radionics, etc soon, I'm just a little slower these days.

I would like to send a document .rtf, .pdf, of proposal for these projects at some point perhaps before 2-3 weeks or just after, while i wind down other things, i was working on. They will give overview and relevant detail, and anyone is free to work on them if they feel they are stronger at these ideas.

Arthur C. Clarke once famously quipped that “any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.” So perhaps it was inevitable that the Pentagon’s extreme technology arm would eventually start acting like magicians — and try to create illusions on the front lines.

In its new budget, unveiled on Monday, Darpa introduced a new $4 million investigation into technologies that will “manage the adversary’s sensory perception” in order to “confuse, delay, inhibit, or misdirect [his] actions.” Darpa calls the project “Battlefield Illusion.” Of course.

“The current operational art of human-sensory battlefield deception is largely an ad-hoc practice,” the agency sighs as it lays out the project’s goals. But if researchers can better understand “how humans use their brains to process sensory inputs,” the military should be able to develop “auditory and visual” hallucinations that will “provide tactical advantage for our forces.”

Ultimately, the aim is to “demonstrate and assess the operational effectiveness of advanced human-deceptive technologies on military ground, sea, and airborne systems.”

If this all sounds a little outside the military norm, it shouldn’t. Magicians and generals have had a long-standing relationship — one that produced very real effects during wartime. Harry Houdini snooped on the German and the Russian militaries for Scotland Yard. English illusionist Jasper Maskelyne is reported to have created dummy submarines and fake tanks to distract Rommel’s army during World War II; some reports even credit him with employing flashing lights to “hide” the Suez Canal. At the height of the Cold War, the Central Intelligence Agency paid $3,000 to renowned magician John Mulholland to write a manual on misdirection, concealment and stagecraft. It was republished in 2009 as “The Official CIA Manual of Trickery and Deception.”

Neither program, as far as I know, ever left the laboratory.

“Battlefield Illusion” is one of several new Darpa programs that attempt to manipulate the electromagnetic spectrum to the American military’s advantage. The $3.5 million “Electro-Optical Warfare” effort will look for ways to jam laser-based communications and sensor systems — just like today’s radio frequency jammers mess with cell phones and radars. As adversaries move from old-school radars to newer-school infrared and laser systems to target our planes, these enemies get harder to track; there’s no sonic “ping” to trace back. The goal of the $8.5 million “Multi-Function Optical Sensor” is designed to fill this gap, giving U.S. aircraft “an alternative approach to detecting, tracking, and performing non-cooperative target identification.”

There are all sorts of technical challenges to making such a sensor, Darpa notes. Today, there’s no “inexpensive, multiband, large-format, photon-counting, high-bandwidth receivers,” for instance. But if one can be located — and integrated onto an American jet — missile-armed enemies will suddenly become instantly visible. As if by magic.

One of his recent inventions is the QBAM (Quantum Biological Administrating Machine), a quantum healing device.

In the latter half, author and investigator Joshua P. Warren discussed his new book, Poor Man's Paranormal, a manual on how to use household items to document such phenomena as ghosts and UFOs. A person doesn't neccesarily need expensive or high-tech electronic gear to adequately investigate the unknown, he noted. Paranormal activity seems to have some type of electromagnetic connection, and some of his techniques take this into account such as using a balloon to detect unusual electrostatic fields.

One could use a phone to record EVPs instead of a tape recorder, Warren suggested. Simply call your voice mail and "talk out loud to whatever you think might be there-- hold that phone up, and then later listen to the voice mail message and see if something comes through." Among the other techniques he shared, were using an AM radio to detect UFO interference, and making footprint casts with kitchen ingredients.

Natural sources of electromagnetic fields:
Electromagnetic fields exist all around us; the natural electric field is created by a build up of electrical charges in the atmosphere associated with lightning storms.
It is the earth’s magnetic field that causes a compass to respond by pointing in a North-South direction.

Human-made sources of electromagnetic fields:
Electrical power generated by human built power plants, like all the outlets in our homes generate a low frequency electromagnetic field created by the movement of current throughout our homes, offices, or anyplace power is supplied. Remember when you are taking a baseline reading be aware of power lines outside of your location they are generating EMF.

How does the EMF apply to Paranormal Investigation?
The theory is that paranormal entities draw energy from around them to manifest, they can draw the energy from electronic devices, batteries, the air around them (causing “cold spots”) even the investigators themselves, and the EMF meter detects the fluctuations that occur in the field while this is taking place.
At the beginning of our investigation, we take a baseline reading in every room in the building. This will familiarize the investigator with the area and rule out spikes from man made sources such as wiring, and appliances. Normally a base line reading is between .0 and .4.
A spike from an entity manifesting does not last very long, normally only a few seconds.
If a spike is detected, the investigator should stop and check their surroundings, floors, ceiling, and walls, in an attempt to find the source and make a determination whether or not it was caused by a man made source.

It should be noted that people who are sensitive to high electromagnetic fields can experience symptoms such as, but are not limited to, nausea, skin irritations, paranoia, headache, and the feeling you are being watched.
This is why, as part of our report we include any high EMF readings and where the readings were located.
Very often when a client shows us a room and states "I don't like coming into this room I feel like something is watching me". An EMF sweep of the room reveals a "FEAR CAGE" The “Fear Cage” is created when there is an abnormally high EMF field in a room or section of a house or building.

The “Fear Cage” is created when there is an abnormally high EMF field in a room or section of a house or building.

This is usually where a lot of the wiring intersects either coming from or going to a power control panel or fuse box, more common in older structures where there is unshielded ground or poor grounding and in some cases copper pipes creating quite literally a cage of electrical current. This causes a very high EMF field concentrated in an area where suspected paranormal activities have been reported.

The effects of a fear cage can be, but are not limited to, Paranoia, hallucinations, headache, skin irritations, nausea, and the feeling you are being watched. These feelings are more intense to someone who is hypersensitive to the EMF.

This is why the first thing that should be established at the very onset of the investigation is a baseline EMF reading. Establishing a baseline reading will also make it easier to recognize an unexplained spike or fluctuation in the EMF field, which is what you are looking for in paranormal investigation.

It should also be noted that since it has been suspected that in order for a spirit to manifest, it draws energy from its surroundings, thus draining batteries, and creating cold spots. That would make a fear cage ideal. So don’t write off the area because of high EMF readings. But you must consider the “Fear Cage” as a possible cause for the activities.

Remember, we are attempting to find answers, and although gathering evidence of paranormal activity is great; we can only consider the paranormal possibilities once we have ruled out everything else first.

so if there is a "fear cage" then likely there will many people feeling it and telling of paranormal experiences spooky/ghost and a myth is made about the place

secondly if any one had to stay in the area that could cause that person psychological problems and induce depression/suicide or may drive them to do a horrific act .....if later on somebody enters they area they could believe they felt his presences were actully they just felt the "fear cage" and the culture/myth of the area

but many TI`s don`t realise that Paranoia, hallucinations, headache, skin irritations, nausea, and the feeling you are being watched can be induced and normal associate these as their niegbours spying on them

also the perpetrators propagate this believe by using sonic warfare on them (V2k) playing whispers, bumps other sounds coming from there neighbours so after a while a TI is totally convinced of this....

unfortunatly being targted with the technologhy can effect the TI , there belief can be subverted , this can lead to real conflict with the people around them.

something strange happened to me in the early hours of last night

i was watching a tv show called MR-T craziest fools[starring mr-t] and just

before it finished for no apparent reason i felt the need to give mr-t a

right handed salute, i was just about to do this when mr-t looked to the

tv camera and said i am going to use the power of the mind , a mind techniuqe to control your thoughts. then there was a strange noise for about 2 seconds and he gave a right handed salute.

sorry if i have not explained this properly i just thought it was a bit strange.

I have had a similar incident. I believe some of this late-night programming is NOT widely distributed. It is narrow-targeted to certain individuals combined with other techniques and part of a campaign of harassment (or testing). Late at night, I was subjected to video clips in a virtually nonsensical manner of people I knew! These were not famous people. It is very bizarre and yet I believe part of what the shadow government is testing- their ability to not just manipulate people with broad propaganda, but narrowcasting personalized propaganda and intimidation at an individual level.

the people behind this tech are bunch of cowardly knobs ....targeting unwitting humans degrading their mental & physical ability , intimidating ,harassing torturing their victims covertly ....until the victims life falls apart all around them ...and people see some distressed human and think there something mentally wrong with them.

When TI`s prove this is going on I don`t know how they are going to justify this,seriously and also I don`t know were the perpetrators going to run too ether....

plus any sort of similar technology but design as a benefit to humans is going be tarred with the abuse of the people using this unethically and illegally.

I sometimes wonder, such as now, too much too drink(Thank f#*k for alcohol) how i keep my sanity or what is left of it, being aware of all that i am, and of just how long the general public will be left in the dark and completely unaware of all of this s&*t i deal with on a daily basis; DECKS do we have a public awareness day or an annual international rally day for these issues yet coz all i can find is people (prolly perps) who say that it is unnecessary and theres enough of us now that we don't need one, but we do. if there isn't one we should start one.

The United States military is using technology to its advantage, and now, the latest breakthroughs in neuroscience might also provide the government with weaponry and gear that taps into the human brain. However, fiddling with such developments has the potential to do great harm.

When Albert Einstein discovered his special theory of relativity he didn’t know that one day that technology would be used to build nuclear weapons, he says.

“Neuroscientists may not consider how their work contributes to warfare,” added Moreno.

Moreno and others are asking the government to consider the ethical boundaries of developing and utilizing such a technology to be used in warfare.

The military has already invested in neuroscience technologies. In 2008, the military put $4 million towards the development of “thought helmets.” Other emerging areas of neuroscience might also prove useful to the military include the ability to make soldiers that can eat grass, feel no fear and possess superhuman abilities to climb walls.

It is no secret that the military likes utilizing technology to gain warfare advantages. This year alone, various branches of the Department of Defense have signed multi-million dollar contracts for the purchase of robots for use in tactical operations. Most of the robots are small in size, but most recently DARPA imagined humanoid-sized robots.

again a lot of this targeting is to subvert/distract you away from what you should be doing, also to make you act out in front of others so you are discredited, or people view you in the wrong way so they jump to wrong assumptions about you/play you into negative "stereotype".
also if they can distract you long enough you neglect your responsibilitys they mount up and people then start to worries you can`t cope.

induced nightmares

hmm hit twice this week....around 4am....well at least I don`t have to buy any horrors :D

ps the sound they use for cloths moving (rubbing , buttons etc ) sucks (sounds more like funny muted bells,rattle) to simulate somebody in the room with you.......the feeling of grabbing my hand was fucking scary realistic thou.

and you had me tonight with the sensation with somebody running in and out my bedroom thou (left my bedroom door open)

again I was conscious but could not tell if I was awake or still asleep also I had a problem especially with the one last night of somebody coming in and out of my bedroom door to mentally map the rest of my flat, I could not figure out what the rest of my flat mentally look like ???

To preserve the cooperative, peaceful uses of space for the benefit of all humankind by permanently prohibiting the basing of weapons in space by the United States, and to require the President to take action to adopt and implement a world treaty banning space-based weapons.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the `Space Preservation Act of 2001'.

SEC. 2. REAFFIRMATION OF POLICY ON THE PRESERVATION OF PEACE IN SPACE.

Congress reaffirms the policy expressed in section 102(a) of the National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958 (42 U.S.C. 2451(a)), stating that it `is the policy of the United States that activities in space should be devoted to peaceful purposes for the benefit of all mankind.'.

SEC. 3. PERMANENT BAN ON BASING OF WEAPONS IN SPACE.

The President shall--

(1) implement a permanent ban on space-based weapons of the United States and remove from space any existing space-based weapons of the United States; and

(2) immediately order the permanent termination of research and development, testing, manufacturing, production, and deployment of all space-based weapons of the United States and their components.

SEC. 4. WORLD AGREEMENT BANNING SPACE-BASED WEAPONS.

The President shall direct the United States representatives to the United Nations and other international organizations to immediately work toward negotiating, adopting, and implementing a world agreement banning space-based weapons.

SEC. 5. REPORT.

The President shall submit to Congress not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and every 90 days thereafter, a report on--

(1) the implementation of the permanent ban on space-based weapons required by section 3; and

(2) progress toward negotiating, adopting, and implementing the agreement described in section 4.

SEC. 6. NON SPACE-BASED WEAPONS ACTIVITIES.

Nothing in this Act may be construed as prohibiting the use of funds for--

(1) space exploration;

(2) space research and development;

(3) testing, manufacturing, or production that is not related to space-based weapons or systems; or

(4) civil, commercial, or defense activities (including communications, navigation, surveillance, reconnaissance, early warning, or remote sensing) that are not related to space-based weapons or systems.

SEC. 7. DEFINITIONS.

In this Act:

(1) The term `space' means all space extending upward from an altitude greater than 60 kilometers above the surface of the earth and any celestial body in such space.

(2)(A) The terms `weapon' and `weapons system' mean a device capable of any of the following:

(i) Damaging or destroying an object (whether in outer space, in the atmosphere, or on earth) by--

(I) firing one or more projectiles to collide with that object;

(II) detonating one or more explosive devices in close proximity to that object;

(III) directing a source of energy (including molecular or atomic energy, subatomic particle beams, electromagnetic radiation, plasma, or extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation) against that object; or

(IV) any other unacknowledged or as yet undeveloped means.

(ii) Inflicting death or injury on, or damaging or destroying, a person (or the biological life, bodily health, mental health, or physical and economic well-being of a person)--

(I) through the use of any of the means described in clause (i) or subparagraph (B);

(II) through the use of land-based, sea-based, or space-based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or populations; or

(III) by expelling chemical or biological agents in the vicinity of a person.

(B) Such terms include exotic weapons systems such as--

(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons;

(ii) chemtrails;

(iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems;

(iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons;

(v) laser weapons systems;

(vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and

(vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons.

(C) The term `exotic weapons systems' includes weapons designed to damage space or natural ecosystems (such as the ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or climate, weather, and tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage or destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in space.
