There is an oral history here in New Zealand of an ancient race of peoples that sailed to NZ from the east and populated the country many years before Maori - these people were called the Waitaha. They are not recognised as a race in NZ officially because to do that would succeed tribal rights over areas of land in treaty compensation negotiations away from Maori tribes but basically it is said that the Waitaha people sailed to NZ, populated it and lived in peace there for many years.
The difference between this race and the Maori at the time is that the Waitaha were totally into peace and that they were WHITE. They were fair skinned people some with blue eyes some with green, they had blond hair alot of them and some had red, they were tall and lithe and were mainly vegetarians. They had no martial arts or war structure as they were totally into peace so that when the Maori came they were easily over run and eaten or taken as slaves because they refused to fight - the memory of them is kept alive through their ancestors who were taken as slaves and assimilated into Maori society. That is why many Maori have red hair and some have green eyes. They were expert gardeners and the garden beds they made can still be seen in some areas.
Anyone else heard of these people? Would anyone know there origins? I think they came from Lemuria or s.a however the island of hte Marquesas have an interesting history as well.

Could it be the same blonde/red haired, blue/green eyed ppl that lived in some parts of China and whose mummies were discovered recently? The same ppl that were seen in the Amazonian jungle a very long time ago? The same ppl that Inca legends mention? Hyperboreans/lyrans?

could be seems to be a pattern forming here... and where did they come from these great adventurers... I have been told that Easter Island has much to do with this but doubt that it has anything todo with China - question; if mummified how do they know what the colour of their eyes were? Another question; if these peeps populated so much of the world where is their history? Where are the anthropological studies? As I said the Waitaha are an oral history (it has been recorded in a book however much of it seems to me to be channelled) even so these chinese "waitaha" must have left behind an oral history that would be remembered. It is interesting top note that it has been hypothesised that the one of the first peoples to come to our shores were the ancient chinese as "evidence" of junks have been claimed to have been identified in the sand not far from the Waitaha gardens.

Speaking of Chinese, (older and even mixed) Mexicans are proud of their Chinese ancestry...

They where probably Celts, who where excellent stonemasons and or maybe even Vikings. The only people who can repair the ancient stone walls, which I might add are attributed to maori, are european scotts and Irish. Maori art is almost identical to celtic design although a somewhat basic renedition of it. (no offense to maori art, which I absolutely love, but the celtic art is far more intricate.)

I have a bit of a problem with the celts not being fighters though. No ancient people would just let themselves be over run, and a few hundered Hawaians arriving exhausted on shore would hardly be a worthy adversary for Celts.

I would suggest that the influence of blue eyes red hair etc, would have been white settlers or sailors rapeing and piliging Maori settlements rather them being taken as slaves and assimilated. Unless ships captains left their unruley seaman behind as punishment. Who knows?

The fact of the matter is Maori have a treaty with the crown, which is more than any other peoples in the world were able to achieve with the British, which makes Maori argueably more clever than any other nation on earth. Maori are certainly among the warmest and most hospitable of all people, I would say they absolutely charmed the poms.

If whitey thinks he can find a genetic "early settler loop hole" to get them out of that treaty, tell em he's dreaming. And I'm an Irish export to New Zealand by the way. Maori deserve every last cent on treaty land claims. They are only getting about 1 cent in the dollar they are owed as it is.

this is realy sycronistic, i just started a thread about the Mayan truth in the new section.

yesterday i had an experience that lead me to a healing and inner piece and comming together of birdtribe and reptile within myself as i watched a video of a women named Sanni Ceto claiming to be a hybrid, after this i then found Drunvalo's just realeased on youtube videos The Maya Of Eternal Time - Drunvalo Melchizedek 2009.

what he states and conveys for the Mayans is exactly wht ive felt and know as well as tried to speak about when given opurtunity. i will leave it at that for now, ive already written allot in two days as well as prior, it has been a year since i started posting on this forum starting Aug-2008 just after a freak lightning storm just after weaks of prayer and asking for a sign letting me know if im just crazy or should come forward, and there you have it.;)

We were not White but Bronze colored skin and came from egypt

A traditional Nation that was formed around 2436BC in Egypt, where the Elders saw that the time of the sands would move in and inundate the lands and the civilisations of Peace, so our people moved in three distinct groups of Kurawaka, Rakaiwaka and Pakauwaka (these were the names given to the three types of ancestors teachers, priests & healers) along the land bridge of the European continent from Egypt, into India, Tibet, China, The Mongol Empire, The Aleutian Islands into Americas North and South, into the Pacific to start the Nations of Pacifica. We are the descendants of those original Priest, Healers, Teachers who were sent into the world to hold onto the information for the future. Our colonising peoples sought to destroy us completely as has been the case over the thousands of years but we have survived under worse and today after 1989 and the Labour Government we are now free as Tohunga Teachers to again teach our truths into our families. Traditionally our people have responded very well to the colonists and re now refuting their own truths. We the elders of the Grandmother and Grandfather Councils ask all of our people to look into the Egyptian truths and find our people of Waitaha. The Elder who set the waka sailing from the Red sea into the Indian Ocean then into the Pacific was Mere(mere tuahiahi) Ruka (Te Korakora)

This is crazy.. How can you say that. There are thousands of sites around New zealand that are clearly not maori, and infact predate maori. Tapapakanga being one of my favorites, or the stading stone at Ruapuke beach, that maori say was here when they arrived,Belonging to the Tangata Whenua( people of the land)quite clearly referring to the people that were here before them. The hieroglyphs by the surf club at ragland are a great site if you have the time, but sadly they are disappearing too. There has been testing done on rat bones that are believed to have arrived with the maori, but predate maori by Two Thousand years.. HMMMM.. And the Kaimanawa horses are belived to have come from china(Mongolia). It has nothing to do with Whitey trying to get out of the Treaty Settlement, hence the embargo on waipoua forest, which I have had the pleasure of seeing. http://www.celticnz.co.nz/embargo_saga.html

I don't know about the 'White' part - but the above is fact.

So, are you saying that they are Reps?

THAT would be pretty fucked up if true!

Cross posting from the Atlantis thread, since it is pertinent to both discussions:

So the biblical god YHVH is actually Min, the Egyptian god that stands around with an erect penis all the time? That explains a lot.

I was reading the Ancient New Zealand people thread right before I started reading your last page, and this really jumped out at me:

King MneSeuS_________Menes
Queen Evaemon________Maerea Neith - MerNeith

Compare to the ancient queen mentioned in New Zealand:

It is spoken now as it has been in our distant past. We are always here in the Universe. For there were many water containers of many forms, of many nations. We follow Rongomaraeroa the Goddess of Peace. Waitaha is older than old.

Why not??

I am a Kiwi and have recently thought that the Maori had some sort of connection with the reppies..why the "tongue" thing?? Where did that come from ?

I am a Maori and can say this. I believe we all have Reptilian DNA in us to a certain extent. Just like we have DNA from other star systems in us as well. Of course some more than others due to our racial difference. Over all, no one really knows where Maori are from. Some speculate. The fact is is that we are told through Maori teachings that our people came on great fleets or waka's (ships/boats) and were guided by Matariki(the Pleiadian star system) and was guided there for whatever reason. I find it insulting that some of you are calling us reptilians. That's quiet a futile and disgusting statement to make considering there is heavy reptilian DNA through out European blood.

(i do believe) you need to take a closer look at what it is that has been said here. Waitaha peoples are not Maori (although if you study up a little from a more credible source-such as the Waitaha website you seem to have already found judging by the fact that you have copy pasted from our site www.waitaha.org) you will find that in fact Waitaha and Maori ancestors have parallel origins although Waitaha arrived in Aotearoa (New Zealand) between 12-14 hundred years prior to Maori & For about 200 years they made regular forays here, each time leaving small groups to settle. They eventually sent a founding waka of 175 people. Waitaha comprised three different peoples: The Moriori, who at the time were said to be giants, ranging between 6 and 7.5 ft (& some believe, possibly even 8ft) tall and superb gardeners, the Urukehu/(Kerepehu/Patupaiarehe), a people with "fairer complexions than those of the Maori" (with a reddish/bronze tinge) their hair was of the dull golden or reddish hue “uru-kehu,” said to be of much smaller stature (between 3.5-5 ft tall) also known as the Starwalkers who were skilled at reading the geometry of the stars and were the navigators guiding the people to this land; and the Kiritea or Stone people, who came from Asian lands (Kiritea is a shade of brown lighter than Maori with a tinge of yellow) these peoples ultimately integrated to form one people the "Waitaha"

as for the statement about kiore:
Christchurch scientist Dr Richard Holdaway carbon dated bones of a Polynesian rat (kiore) he had found in a Takaka cave that showed humans were probably here 1200 years earlier than previously thought.

Dr Holdaway, whose findings were published in the scientific journal Nature, says the rats could not have arrived here without people. His radio carbon dating has been verified by experts both here and overseas.

The theory was further advanced when bones believed to be from the extinct Finsche’s duck were found in Hawke’s Bay. What makes them so pertinent is that they are encased in volcanic ash (ignimbrite) from the massive Taupo eruption of 232AD. If radio carbon dating of the bones matched the date of the Taupo eruption any arguments on the accuracy of such dating of small birds and rats is over.

& i guess your comment about Kaimanawa horses coming from china(Mongolia) cold coincide with my statement about Kiritea (Stone people) who came from Asian lands...

as for the "embargo on waipoua forest" HMMMM...dont even get me started on that.
Rumour has it the government put this Embargo down to ensure Waitaha cannot lay claim (or be the proven Tangata Whenua) this way they wont have to re-write History to include Waitaha into Te Tiriti O Waitangi/The Treaty (as the Govt have aready lumped us in with Ngai-Tahu Maori-2 birds with 1 cheque so to speak) However it is not money our people want...the Treaty has the power to extinguish customary rights and aboriginal title of our people”...and thus extinguish our heritage, our very existence will be absorbed into Maori history.

@the people who suggest "Reptilian Race" I presume this was aimed at Maori due to the claims of canabilism attributed all i can say to that is google european canabilism the worst part of that is they (Romans, Germans etc) were not in dire need of meat to keep them alive-but rather drank the blood of young boys or ate the putrid flesh from long dead victims of execution (in some cases they beleived the more violent the death the better) or victims of leporacy etc as "medicine" (Pope Innocent VIII was given a "transfusion" from 3 young boys who promptly died afterward) so..whos the Reptiles???

reminds me of a maori girl I knew she was very short and petite bushy red hair light skin and her eyes seem to change colour between green and blue, she was really stunning. She lived in a mob house I think her brothers and uncles where high up in it.

Interesting thing is she used to have visions, could see spirits and disease things like that. She didnt understand any of it or didnt want to say. Her mum was the same but she was a healer of some sort she looked exactly the same used to be a hooker when she was younger but got into Buddhism i think. Lovely peope from the outside but they seemed so fucked up on so many levels to me and certain things i was told that i couldnt even speak about.

I love Maoris but they cant handle their drink and it makes them very violent lol

Thats rather stereo-typical narrow minded thinking dont you think??? I mean to say...how would you like it if I stated: I love Pakeha's but they cant handle a wee bit of power it makes them very arrogant and narrow-minded!? However i wouldnt say such a thing because it would make me...narrow-minded

Thats ok :) at least you've got the sense to re-think what you said.

I'm not actualy Maori myself I am Waitaha (which is realy a different people from Maori) most Waitaha peoples these days also have Maori blood in them because they were pacifists in the ancient past & refused to fight (when the maori arrived in NZ) and for Maori of the time fighting was a way of life and survival.

So as you can probably imagine those (Waitaha) who never fled/escaped became dead, enslaved and/or "wives" of Maori.

However many did escape to places like the chatham Islands, down to the southern most regions and up into the snowy alps, where it was too cold for the Maori to live (because they came from tropical parts of the pacific where they had been living for hundreds of years)...many of those came back up north eventualy and there are still a few left but as I said in above posts, the government here assumed they were maori & still do.

Anyway my ancestors were waitaha and also of a people of...you could say pre celtic decent. When i was very young (12-13) i ran away from an extremely abusive step-father and when i had nowhere to go and no-one to turn to i was taken in by Maori families more than once who had many problems/issues of there own but always treated me as one of thier own and no matter how little they had they shared it around everyone (often alot of people in a family group).

Maori are very caring people and will offer to share whatever they have with you no matter who you are-it is thier custom. The children are always fed first, then the elders and guests, then everyone else. Much of the time we had to forage for our own food and were sent to get seafood or watercress etc.

I spent much of my teenage life on the Marae (communal living house a bit like a viking longhouse) where everyone works very hard just to eat (although we ate well) to this day i concider many of these people more of a family even than my own family (who aside from my stepfather i love dearly) . When you live with people as closely as that you come to understand them better than anyone living separate and very different lives.

No matter what people (as a race) were like in the past we all have a past you know. European people (as a race) are not terrible people who rape pillage & plunder. Although thier ancestors did (vikings etc) and "SOME" of them still are like this...just as some "Maori" dont seem to have evolved much.

Maori and other aboriginal peoples of the pacific islands have not had as many hundreds of years to adapt to alcohol as Europeans have and yet when i watch documentary's focused on the abuse of alcohol in countries such as England, America and even Australia it seems to me many European peoples dont seem to be able to "handle" thier alcohol either. It's a realy bad problem especially with the youth here in NZ (of all races). Sorry if im ranting off topic lol :)

hi dana i've to confess to ignorance! i've never been to New Zealand. I only known one Maori family the girl I mentioned in my first post was a girlfriend of a few years ago one of the people I've been closest to my whole life and I miss her very much.

You are right her family where very generous and respectful, respect being a key principle in their community and history. I cant remember the word for it but they had certain rules such as not sitting on tables, taking shoes off in the house, if you where a guest you would bring a gift (some food or something) if you where able to. I remember they would feed children and guests first her mum made me feel like I was her favourite son in a warm way. I've always wanted to be able to afford go to new zealand and see them again.

I understand they do a thing where another family takes on children from other familys as a sort of fostering system?

I'm not racist I understand every race has it's bad eggs who choose a difficult path and we shouldnt judge them on the whole. She was the one who told me the reasons he didnt drink was because "maoris cant handle their piss" but i apologize for spreading that ignorance if that's what it is, i have no evidence either way.

The reason this thread interested me was because to be honest her and her mother didnt look very maori. i had no doubts they where and she told me she hated when people would ask what race she was and that she didnt look very maori so of course i kept my mouth shut lol. but it's not racist if i'm just being honest am i? perhaps you can educate me further
