SOYlent GREEN so hear we have a most poisonous deadly food known as SOY and we see LUCIFER with it. It's not surprising the havok on health which Soy is causing to the populations where consumed. Notice how it's put in everything these days including the breads etc. Ask 'The Club of Rome' and their Knights of Malta masters why. These films are all about population reduction and very high Police State controls. We keep seeing zombie films all day long. What their really telling you is that their soon going to release a military bio-agent to depopulate us. In the meantime they have to condition us with false trails to blame and believe are happening when the time comes. This is known as Bird Flu which is another great scam. Right now they're testing many bio-agents on the populance via the Office of Naval Intelligence's Chemtrail/Aerosol Program. This is why we're seeing the same health problems around the same time all over where the 'Open Skies Treaties' are signed up to. They're then studying all the doctors records to see what works best and how. This type of trickery is why they really want medical databases joined up, not for you or I. When their happy they will release the final agent to do the job there after. People will instantly believe the Knight of Malta controlled media hype at the time which will be the false trails of the previous long conditioning. The survivors will blame it on something supposedly natural but which was not and infact was man-made by the military scientists. Now folks notice how in most the old and new zombie films you see a MILITARY agent being the cause of Zombism? There you go! Their telling you exactly what their planning but you won't be walking around dead, you'll be in a wooden box under the ground! The Knights of Malta will get away with it once again and have their goals of depopulation completed. They will also be able to bring about economic collapse or be able to blame economic collapse on the Bird Flu etc. Clever mind alchemy thats all it is. -Craig Oxley
Why do you need milk? Why can't you ween off Milk like all other animals do? Why do you want major mucus filth in the body promoting colds/flus all the time and disease? You can go for Rice Milk if you wish or I think you can make Almond milk too. Get off the idea and mind control of milk. No need for any of it. -Craig Oxley

Basically put it in a blender and strain it. Make sure you have sweet almonds and not bitter!

Pure water comes now only from a Steam Distiller. There is no pure water anywhere in the World, all has been polluted! Also any Earth water contains in-organic rock minerals which create localised constipation in the body thus disease. These are not assimilated by the body unlike organic minerals from plant conversion. This is why dinosaurs were found to have highly calcified tails etc. Apple Cyder Vinegar is good for helping remove these deposits by the way. You'll find the new Jack La Lanne juicers make Almond milks etc. Yes you just get the raw almonds etc. Shame all the almonds now go through irradiation stateside at least. -Craig Oxley

I've consumed lots of tofu and soy milk since I decided to become vegan, and I've been sick significantly less since then (i.e., only once in the last five years). I can't say soy isn't bad for you, but I can at least say I'm very confident that it's at least healthier than the crap in my diet that it ended up replacing.

Regarding cholesterol, no plant contains cholesterol, and therefore the only cholesterol a vegan will get will be whatever their own liver produces.
Tofu doesn't lower cholesterol, it simply replaces meat that would have contained cholesterol, i.e., it forces you to consume less of it.

Well the japanese okinawans are the longest lived people living to be around 100 and they include plenty of soya in their diet but it is less processed than the type we get in the US and Europe.

I don't think soya is a great food but it is better than meat and milk. If you do eat it make sure it is organic as it is probably GM if not.
I agree use nut milk hemp milk or rice milk in preference, I use hemp milk but I don't lose any sleep over a little soya

I swapped soya for dairy but finished up trying avoiding both. Or at least eating/drinking very little of both.

I used to drink almond milk, but now they have taken that away from us. I now drink hemp milk. Since it is imported from Canada, I am sure it is pasteurized, so some of the health value is lost.
There's a company that sells 5 lb bags of raw hemp seeds on amazon. I've a mind to order some and try making my own hemp milk. I do know one thing - when I get my farm started I will be planting almond and apricot trees, and they'll have to kill me to stop me from harvesting them.

Question : Shouldn't i avoid, everything thats pasteurized?
Answer : Yes all pasteurised products are dead and foreign to the body. The body cannot deal with them effectively and any good properties such as enzymes will be gone. So even if the body could deal with them, their use is zero regardless. A glass of raw milk with salmonella added will kill the salmonella. A glass of pasteurised with added salmonella will simply allow the salmonella to spread. The raw has its own immune system where as this is killed with the pasteurisation. This goes for anything pasteurised and thus dead. This is why all food is to pasteurised and irradiated asap for the Club of Rome's Global 2000 agenda of depopulation and disease profiting. Unless stated, all juices and drinks sold are pasteurised and useless, yes orange juice from the store. Make your own with Twin Gear or Press juicers only. Craig Oxley

Well, any food that is cooked, bottled, canned, or boxed has basically been pasteurized. I have tried the raw diet thing and it just doesn't work for me, so I do the best I can otherwise. When it's 20F outside I want a hot meal. And cold brown rice? May as well eat sawdust.
If they legalize hemp here tho, I will be growing a lot of it for the milk, protein, and omega fatty acids.

Fermentation is what makes tempeh and miso what they are, otherwise all you'd have is a bowl of mushy beans.

Depending on your blood type I would consider whether being a Vegan is good for you or not.
There is no good source of B12 that can be obtained through veggies, Only dairy, if you dont want to eat meat.

I was a vegan for some time and recently went back to eating meat. I had no energy and felt depressed quite a lot. I kept looking into my diet and altering it but nothing made any difference. Since starting to eat meat a couple of times a week I feel much better. Still try to avoid dairy though. And soya. I still don't like the idea of meat eating though.

Well, to be fair, B12 is only produced by bacteria. Animals tend to be better sources of B12 only because they eat so many plants over their life time. You know how it goes, things get concentrated as they move up the food chain.
But these days, it's almost irrelevant. Due to all the antibiotics the animals are given, and the poor soil quality their food is grown in (fertilizers don't even contain all the elements bacteria needs to synthesize B12), even cows end up being B12 deficient, and need to be given supplements to be kept alive.
So if you think about it, even meat eaters are taking supplements, they're just doing it indirectly through the animals they eat. I mean, almost everything is enriched these days, just look at a loaf of bread or a bag of flour, you're taking vitamin supplements whether you know it or not.
