One thing I'd like to theorize... Glenn Beck occasionally says the 'right thing' (things that we ourselves might say.)

He then makes a big effort to make himself sound or look like an idiot. This is because his job is to discredit the right ideas while still offering them...

That way people can't say "Why isn't there someone on the News who is angry at the bailout people?"

Well... there is... but he's a moron and that's why he's allowed to say those things.
