Is it possible to leave this world?

I had this experence were I left my body. Several nights ago I became really tired to were I actually laid down on the floor, and dozzed off. Suddenly Its was if I was being lead to somewhere. I seen myself going down into my basement. I ended up at the bottem of the steps. There where these two men, standing on each side of me. They were both about 6 feet tall, with blad head, of which they didn't have one single hair on there body. There skin was a pale color. I remember saying hello, of which they welcomed me back. ussually my basements pretty dark. So dark to were you can't really see anything. Well these two men were stoping me from going left and right. I remember asking "ok how long will this take?" The one man replied, back for me just wait. I remember feeling anger. The one man replied back, "This is what you wanted right?" I replied back"Yes". I remember this faint white light shinning down apond us. Suddenly on the left in this darkness I seen this figure which seemed to be made of white light coming off in the distance. For some weird reason I felt fear, and told the men"Forget this, I am out of here". The one replied back"Alright, see ya". I waved goodbye, and watched as they both dissappeared into the darkness. I went though the door, and then seen my body, of which I was suddenly back in it. I opened my eyes, and had this cold feeling all over my body. My muscles felt as if there was no blood in them. My feeling returned after 10 seconds. Can someone explain to me what happened?

Wow! That's pretty freaky. I have had two out of body experiences in my life. The first time I was flying near a treeline overlooking a meadow with flowers. The second time I was flying over a mesa somewhere in the southwest. It was so real both times. Both times were so real and awesome. I could even feel the wind. But....I have a lot of nightmares too. A couple of weeks ago I felt like I was suffocating. Like someone was holding me down. I woke up and opened my eyes and I was pushing the face of an alien who was about three feet tall. It felt cold. I actually had my hand on it's face. Sometimes I'm afraid to go to sleep and I say to myself, Please. No nightmares.

Its cheaper to look for answers on the net.
But its best to look within.
