First, I'd like to say that I've been away for a while. The system's been distracting me from life. Again. But I'm glad to be back. I watched Icke's interview with Project Camelot. I just have to say that I love that man.
Second, I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section. I get confused with things like that. :D
Third, I'm sorry if someone has posted on this already, but I haven't seen it, so I'm just going to share my experience anyway.
'Kay, so, here's the story. I'm a junior in high school. Sixteen years old. If you read my introduction, you know all that mental label/identification junk. But, since I'm (regrettably) in high school and my mom (regrettably) thinks I'm going to college (I'm not), every month I meet with this local college prep. program that is basically supposed to groom students for college life. Woohoo.
Well, I always dislike attending the meetings (I've been going for three years now), but I figure if nothing else I can get an inside look as to how, exactly, teenagers are persuaded to attend college. Big shock, it's all a bunch of fear balogney about how your life will SUCK if you don't. (Thankfully, most of the kids aren't convinced.)
Anyway, tonight was different. After the main representative and co-founder of the organization went through all the normal business crap, we separated into groups. The elementary-school age kids went in one room. The door was closed behind them. The adults were in another room. The door was closed. The adolescents were all forced into a final room and the door was also closed. We then proceeded to delve into a discussion surrounding our future goals in life and what we want to do for our careers and how we can use college to help us make our dreams a reality- so on and so forth. But at one point, one of the instructors pulls out a book that was purportedly about careers and the work force. She passed it around, and everyone was supposed to read a section aloud. It was all pretty much run-of-the-mill "go to work because you have to!" jargon, and I didn't pay a whole lot of attention until, faintly, I heard one of the kids read out the words "new world order." I asked the kid to repeat the sentence, and they did- there was no doubt about it. The book directly stated as follows (and I quote):
"This workbook is designed to help you navigate this new world order..."
By then, I was already kind of shocked that it so blatantly commented on this subject, especially since I've been kind of disillusioned with the whole "Truth Movement" for a while and I just started feeling like I needed to get back into these matters TODAY (funny how things work out). But then the book came around to me and I saw the COVER. Thankfully I had a camera phone handy, so I snapped the following photos:

(Note the upside down pyramid [almost as though it's saying that the people at the TOP are supporting US and THEY have the power] and the rays of light ILLUMINATING the text. Could it get any more direct than that?)
http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g269/Baron_cat/NewWorldOrder3.jpg
(That's a photo of the introduction everyone was reading from. It says some nasty stuff about how if you work for the system, you'll get rewards and be honored for your good work. Of course, implied throughout the text is the concept that NOT working for the system means dishonor and negative consequences.)

http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g269/Baron_cat/NewWorldOrder4.jpg
(The part of the introduction that explicitly talks about the new world order. At this point, it's referencing technology and how we have "no option" except to yield to the technological age upon us. It also talks about microchips- while it doesn't say anything about implanting them in human, to my knowledge, it does emphasize the "many potentials" which microchips hold for the future. When put in context, it's a pretty eerie reference to make.)

(This section I flipped to randomly while everyone else was talking discusses how you can find joy by getting a great job! Basically, find your happiness in our power structure, 'cause you'll be just miserable otherwise. What frustrates me the most about this is that it presumes FOR you WHAT you feel and HOW you find pleasure and joy, thus navigating AROUND your perception of who you are and implanting that information for you in your subconscious. It's very cunning, and for anyone who isn't paying attention, they'd basically be accepting a BOOK'S forced interpretation of who they are over their OWN sense of who they are. This is especially true for teenagers who may be going through identity crises of their own due to the many changes, physically, emotionally, and mentally that we endure in the awkward phase known as adolescence. People my age are so vulnerable to suggestion, I worry for other kids who are being force-fed this load of crap. And I can only wonder what they were shoving down my little sister's throat in the room with all the elementary school kids.)
And finally:

(This is a pretty juicy photo. It says so much. What I took away from it the most was how David always describes "reality": like a movie screen being projected. So what's this picture saying? SEE YOURSELF AS THE MEDIA PORTRAYS YOU, WATCH THE TELEVISION, THE MOVIE IS REALITY- take your pick. And what's totally weird is that that picture has absolutely no reason to be on that page. It doesn't tie in with ANYTHING the text is talking about. It's just THERE for no reason. It gave me shivers when I saw it.)
At this point, one of the instructors noticed me taking pictures and immediately demanded that I stop. She's my cousin, and I know she doesn't really know or think about any of this NWO stuff, so I tried to bring it up as a topic of discussion, but I was immediately shut down by the other kids, who basically pretended not to get the whole thing. The only one who DID seem to know what I was referencing sort of hostilely asked me whether or not I supported Barack Obama. I told him I didn't, but by then all chances for bringing this topic to the forefront had died. A few minutes later we were all ushered out of our rooms and I left with my dad and sister. I only got home about an hour ago, and I'm still feeling pretty wacked out by the whole experience. At this point, I'm not really sure whether or not I want to go to another one of those meetings.
Oh, and as soon as I got home I Googled the book title. I found one site that has it on sale: http://openlibrary.org/b/OL11732969M/Get-Clear-on-Your-Career-
Lastly, I'd just like to thank all of you for being here. Like I said, I've been a bit disillusioned with the whole "conspiracy" deal for a while, but it's like IMPOSSIBLE to ignore once your eyes have been opened to it. I've been going through a lot of transitions lately, but right now I feel like I'm back where I belong trying to figure this stuff out- even if not for everyone, just for me. So thanks to everyone for being awesome, even if I don't always agree with you, because all that matters is that we're discussing these things and shedding light on them, and that empowers all of us, whether we see eye to eye or not.
