Like neighbourhood watch, except its a body/organisation that all us common folk are members of. this is voluntary membership, not forced membership at birth.
we start fundraising and declare ourselves a charity so we can have tax exempt status ( and good lawyers )
I want the governments to have just as hard and challenging time in dealing with us as it with dealing with them
We will create a bunch of forms, asking the government agents responsible for our current harrasment(at the time), their names, ranks, departments, income, dependable children and overseas investments. amount of receding hair, late library books and tanning bed usage in a year
basically, it would be like the government was supposed to be, ie for the people, except its leadership is voluntary and it is a non-profit structure, only the money for helping others in bad situations is needed.
If a website was up and running, and it had a membership/petition area, how many people would go and sign up for this idea.
