owned by the state from cradle to grave......or that is what they want,

what gets me is the faux god like attitude of the school authorities ....thinking they know best

go to school , dont go to school, people find their education that suits them...

at best school breeds mediocracy and clones ,at worst it a mind trap that can effect the rest of your life ....imo

Dont take it to personally, that text was more than likely automated. I get them from college if i miss a day because i am recieving Adult Learning Grant and in order to receive that i must have full attendance. I can understand why your would be angry tho.

since being introduced to the freeman concept i have the understanding of being in control of my own life and the well being of my daughters, 2 yrs ago i wouldnt have been offended by the text as that is the way we are being conditioned today...

even if there text was automated they should make them more pleasent but we know they are just making sure that there property is educated.

i will not be spoken down to by anyone especially a machine.

"equality in law is paramamount and mandatory" legal maxim!!!

Not sure if you are in the UK, buts it law that a person gets education. As far as I understand its not law to have to go to school. Its a distinction many people miss.

Cheers.

teachers are just box ticking repeaters ...... they like every other state system has had it's common sence removed and replaced with a common purpose one ..... they jump through the LEA hoops without looking what is the other side .
Education is used as a put you down tool these days and a drain on every mum and dad's pockets .... they have highjacked the good to think that they are doing good for thier child infact they are just doing the work of the evil few .......so the evil can make more money ..

Take these mum groups that every other week are asking for money for such or such ..... pressuring mums to reach into thier purse....but these should be already paid for (court funds) all of the child's educational needs ....ALL.
Also the teacher tell children of trips to come and how great they are, costing 100's of pound , once again putting pressure of exclossion on the mum's and dad's to pay ........ so where has the money gone that use to pay for these tripsBack in the 80's when they wished to move the EU, common market treason , they paid for 1000's of children to holiday aboard ..france, gremany, ect, There was no question of payment ..they had an agenda to get in.

A note that came home the other day was ref summer footwaer ( very important issue ) top of the LEA concerns ... the right type of sandles or covered toe area .... sorry fucking shoes when some children need help reading, writing, spelling, just the simple things why they go to school... also today some need food....yes food ...and they have our heads worried of what type of footwear ... while children in other areas have no schools let alone shoes ...

front line progaming for both children and thier mum's and dad's
I am researching the court funds and how to get the state to pay fully for private education for my son (10).... even Jade knew, the state system was shit and before her death set up a trust fund for her childrens education needs .... has anyone else looked into this area of funding .....???

Bones, I couldn't agree more with your sentiment that our schools have become kind of open prisons - conditioning for what is planned perhaps??

I don't get texts as I don't have a mobile - but in the last 4 years the school both my boys attended - mid 20's now - and my daughter leaves in June, has become, as you say, like an open prison, inspired by Common Purpose/communitarianism no doubt, about which I have written and asked the school many questions but to date have never received a reply..... I even went to see the head 'teacher' (master actually but that's not pc is it) for an hour about the creeping school lockdown policies but he couldn't 'see' it.....

You may have seen this thread I posted last year because I was concerned at school grounds being ringfenced after years of being open....

Schools being ringfenced by 7' steel mesh:
http://www.davidicke.com/forum/showthread.php?t=30772

I had a 'kick in the chest' moment yesterday when going to the local shops, only to see one of the last bastions of real community/freedom disappear with the appearance of one of those ominous grey steel towers awaiting a security camera or two.....what can one say any more?????

We're paying for our own lockdown enslavement - but we know that, that's why most of us are here!

A hugely effective tool for state control is the constant use of certain words and concepts. One word that seems to be getting used more an more frequently, both here and in the USA is citizen and citizenship. I thought I'd google the word to see what it threw up. I found this site immediately: http://www.citizenshipfoundation.org.uk/main/page.php?286

Here is their definition of a citizen:
"What does 'citizenship' mean?

The term 'citizenship' has several different meanings:

A legal and political status

In its simplest meaning, 'citizenship' is used to refer to the status of being a citizen – that is, to being a member of a particular political community or state. Citizenship in this sense brings with it certain rights and responsibilities that are defined in law, such as the right to vote, the responsibility to pay tax and so on. It is sometimes referred to as nationality, and is what is meant when someone talks about 'applying for', 'getting', or being 'refused' citizenship."

Notice the use of the phrase 'rights and responsibilities', it's worth a google alone. Obama uses it frequently, and its a political slogan of all communitarians. And that's what citizenship is, I believe--creating communitarians. And what is a communitarian--a global citizen.

It seems that the training at the Citizen Foundation also involves teaching year 5 children how to be good global citizens. Here's a snippet:

"There was further opportunity to see their ideas put into action when, as a result of the project, the UCI cinema adjacent to the school increased their provision of litterbins. Within the school, the children became active global citizens by petitioning for more seats and flowers in the school grounds - something the head teacher promised to consider"

As I have said in an earlier post education is compulsory, school is not.
