While signing the petition for an investigation on the chemtrail (available here (http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/Chemtrail-Sprays/)) on the Number10 website, I had a chance to look at what worries us the most, and which petitions are the most pupular. You'll be surprised!!!
Here are some examples (full list here (http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/list/open?sort=signers)):
Number 1 - 44,741 signatures
instruct water companies to return to charging churches as charities rather than as business premises.
Number 20 - 6,637 signatures
capital punishment for paedophile's and child murder's
Number 27 - 5,572 signatures
Increase the sentences of those found guilty of attacks on horses, ponies, and other equines
Number 34 - 4,607 signatures
make it illegal to protest against operations oversea's at public parade events when troops are returning home
Unbelivable but true, the whole Uk is far more worried about churches paying less on their water bill than anything else. But what about stopping the elite taking over the world? Well, apart from a petition asking for Barones Thatcher not to have a state funeral and another one asking for former RBS's CEO to be stripped of his knighthood, not much more. Oh yes, they do ask a lot for harder laws and less freedom of speech.
I hate to say it, but these are the requests that will be considered by our government; no matter how much you write or how loud you shout, they will only accept one way of negotiation: their way!!! Which is comprensible, they worked really hard and spent a lot of money brainwashing the whole pupulation to let it all go; we are supposed to do the same!!!
By the way, if you are interested about the state of the investigation towards the chemtrails: it's on the bottom of the list with only 64 signatures so far.

But here's a good one!
We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to oppose the adoption of the Codex Alimentarius (WHO/UN) proposals for restriction of the presently freely available herb/vitamin/mineral food supplements
Nearly 17,000 signatures
But will number 10 give a toss? :(
If it were one million?
Against one phone call from Monsanto?

I too had a look at other petitons while i was signing the two petitons you mention.
With what is happening around us,some of them are laughable.
Oh well anthony "theres nowt as queer as folk" as the saying goe's.
I don't hold out much hope that the codex petition will have any effect,:(
Monsanto are a force to be reckened with,we only have to look at the influance they have in the states.

I signed that one two, but couldn't find much more. What I tried to say in my post is that: or we are just a few, or we are not doing the right things.
Yesterday I openned another thread for everyone to suggest new proposals (http://www.davidicke.com/forum/showthread.php?t=59929), but so far no one has answered. I think it is important that we use all the means available, even if it means playing their game (which we are doing anyway). We might not win a proposal, but at least it will create awareness and wake up other people who know nothing about what really is going on.

Maybe it was the protests yesterday, lets hope you get a few comments and idea's today.
Mine would have to be to demand a referendum on the EU,if the UK got out of europe we could then concentrate on sorting out the goverment and the greedy bankers.
There is a petition on the downing street website for a referendum, which i have signed, and i know it was pointless because brussels say we can't hold one.
It's my reason for thinking the codex petiton will be ignored, too much money at stake for the pharma and the bankers.

You can sign as many as you wish too,i have signed quite a few over a period of time but the subject of the petition has to matter to the whole country ,if you have 30 mins to spare go get signing:D.

I think referendums are a great idea, and until recently I was of the opinion that there should be referendums for everything; giving the public the real power that "democracy" proclaims. But on the other hand, if you think about it, due to the current level of brainwash I'm under the impression that any referendums would actually works against our goals.
Either way, getting out of the EU is one of the best ways of putting an end to the elite's control over the world.

Worrying is a futile pastime and resolves and acheives nothing. Worrying is at the opposite of the end of the same spectrum as guilt—both are futile emotions which use up your energy and keep you from acting in the present moment (the only space in which you can do anything) by causing you to focus on—in the case of guilt—past behaviours that you can't change, or—when you worry—future happenings which may or may not occur, and which you may not be able to control. Respect your ability to worry as a means to alert you to potential danger." But that it is futile to identify possible future threats if you don't go on to develop a plan of what you will do if whatever it is you are worrying about actually happens.
