1) How I got know about David Icke:
Is actually very funny, just 1 night, I searched in Mininova (torrent site), no idea why I typed in the search bar " matrix " and at the top was " The Secret of the Matrix " I thought ok, nice, maybe is a making off of the movie Matrix.
Downloaded...first 5minute was, " hmm, oook.." how funny, I watched and heared David Icke talking for 7 hours.
Lately I started to read his books, at the moment reading The Truth Shall Set You Free.

2)What Changed me:
I am not used to talk a lot, I am an observer, like to listening a 2 or more people talking. Often I can predict what they gonna say next, I just didn't told. I thought I was smart or can fore see it but, its because everything is soooo obvious and predictable. I own a chinese take-a-way store, I seen a lot different people here, but basiccaly a clone as you can say, first talk is about how the weather is, then we complain things we created.
David Icke's 7 hours talk was total different, I never heard such things like that before. It does affect my daily life, i stopped start a conversation about the weather , I just ask like " can you tell me what Democracy is?" stuff like that or what I really had talk about recently is love. After reading I am Me, I am Free, such a nice way David explained about Love, I usually never go in to a couple to talk with them, but now I just go in and tell them, I tell my family, everyone I come across. My friends and people around me now see and funny it is treat me anything like before.

This mean soo much to me, me only 1 person can affect and change many other people around me whom I lived for so long, change had come.


3)What I gonna do about it:
First read all books of David and use that way to serval the world before I can actually start talking about it as a whole. I already start with little parts like Love.
When China was named by David, I really start to concern about it then like anytime before. Although I grew up in The Netherlands. (I am here say the 2nd generation of main stream chinese people), my parents were still bound with Chinese tradition.
China is the topic of today, Gobal Warming is connected to China. There will and must something happend to China. The all mighty USA, never allow any society to even come close to compete with them.

Ok time to check out the other topics, love to read so much different things.

Wasn't it Edgar Cayce or some seer who said that there would be mass awakening of consciousness from mid 2007-2012? Either way, we can all feel it. Even Icke, who has been going through some great changes. Me......I'm just a whole new person.

I second this....we should make the 'lurkers' more welcome as well bacause it gives us hope to read their story's of how they found 'the light' or awoke from the deep sleep.

Mods...what about a welcome thread which asks newcommers to tell thier story how they discovered Icke or just how they awoke to what is really going on. I think this would make a great stepping stone for newbies and less pressure for the shy people who don't wanna start a new thread.
