It's really weird the mouth movements and whatever he is muttering before he makes a joke of Ron Paul and the crowd laughs.
Could be a form of black magick (no I'm not kidding). To most people, 'err's and 'uhhs' are imperceivable and if someone mutters something under their breath we completely ignore it. What we should realize is that certain people on certain networks say things for a reason and have been taught occult techniques to manipulate the people they interview as well as audiences and home viewers etc.
This sounds like a tangent, sounds paranoid etc... but do you really think the guy is saying "they're awake"? Do you really think he's speaking english, or a known language?
The creepiest thing is that Ron Paul was pushed out of the election - this video is not all that creepy and has been around the net before. But the mumbling that the guy says needs to be understood!!!!

He could be saying "There, wait" meaning 'pause', to get his timing right before delivering the punchline.
EDIT: Watching it a few more times I'm certain that's what he's doing.

I and others have watched that clip thousands of times... as I said earlier.
These people whisper and mouth things during broadcasts every so often that simply does not resemble the english language. Unless they are in fact all bilingual and more comfortable speaking another language to themself... I can't explain it.
I could not decipher what this man mumbles and neither could anyone else. What's more interesting to me is how press secretaries of the white house etc. routinely perform these utterances.

at 0:20 the guy smacks his lips, or performs some kind of clucking of the tongue. It sounds like wood knocking on wood. Nothing deep... just... weird... these are little quirks that come out when they perform their rehearsed little questions and drop their subliminal messages. Even if they are not aware of what massive deceptive tools they are ( ) they are still, tools of deception and in my opinion they speak and think in ways we don't understand. Icke has explained these kind of things quite easily.
