The Freeman has God given rights, what about entitlements. Do these rights include medical treatment, shelter, food, education, land, liberty, defense and maybe of most importance for some of us, consuler services when abroad. Or would these things been deemed to be entitlements.

Entitlements are generally provided by others, whereas rights are usually those things you do yourself and which if someone else tried to stop you would grant you justification in repelling their efforts.
You have a right to life, that does not mean someone else has a duty to live it for you. You have a right to breath, this does not mean someone else has the duty to breath for you. You have a right to health care, this does not mean someone has a duty to provide it for free.
