NHS - something is happening

I've been told something big is happening with the NHS.
It will be announced with a massive media campagin in about 2 weeks.
I tried to get more out of the person but they said they couldnt cos they had signed confidenital agreements blur blur blur....

no, but I'm seeing him again before end of week (work client) so I try and worm something out of him!

The NHS has emense power. However it seems to slip under the radar when it comes to the CONspiracy and not be noticed by the major researchers.
