This is a sick, sick society. When you start to offer this information into the mainstream, it takes away an element of fear for getting pregnant. It shows young women that there is a way out. Of course they already know this, but so many people think that because it's on the TV it's ok.

They should be driving home safe use of condoms and contraception. Just dont ask the Pope about that though.

My example of the reverse effect of these adverts, is the one regarding binge drinking among young people. They showed a party scene in reverse. All I seen was young attractive adults, having fun, getting too pissed, getting laid, being sick....hmmmm a typical party...

It didn't work! It just glorified it. This new scheme will be just the same. Good population control.

'abortion they say is just a right, but the innocent still die'.

This should be seen a last resort measure. Not something in the back of your mind that you could use. There are a lot of little twat boys out there who would pressure girls into having sex as well beacsue they can have an abortion, its on the telly it cant be that bad.

I feel for young women so much these days.

I felt the same way this morning seeing it on BBC lying one - the straight-faced couple on the sofa didn't batter an eyelid - I felt sure they would have a guest on saying this is wrong... nope, not a bit of it!

I know mate, its crazy.

Dont get me wrong, I am not against this. There are times and situations when sadly there is no choice. But It shouldnt be advertised like this.

Its a difficult subject to comment on because both sides of the coin have good and bad points. I am not some religous quack who says its evil, I just dont think we understand the concepts of spirituality and the soul enough to say that if you do it with in 'X days' theres no harm done.

I dont know.

We need to get away from a sex culture that targets women so much.

This makes me very sad. I too am pro choice, but I agree with the previous comments about this advertising somehow lightening the gravity of the issue in the minds of young people.
