I used to love this guy, he is a hugely charismatic man. Whenever I began to doubt that the NWO could be stopped I would watch the documentary 'Inside a coup'. I loved the fact that people power had such an impact. Occassionally, I would come across an article that claimed conditions in Venezuela had not improved under Chavez but I chose to believe that these were just attempts to discredit him. Just a couple of weeks ago I watched a documentary on aljazeera about Hugo's revolution. I found this program to be fairly balanced and pro-Chavez if anything. However, it did raise some alarming (to me) issues. For instance, the employees of the nationalized oil company have to back Chavez if they want to keep their jobs. This seems to go for any employee of the state. Also, investigations into this oil company raised significant and numerous claims of corruption. The government's response to this was to deny it as a possibility and unworthy of investigation. Then you've got Chavez uniting South America and trying to establish a body much like the EU. Although Chavez used to condemn Bush has he ever mentioned the illuminatti (Not sure)? So I have to admit that my one time hero is beginning to look like a wolf in sheep's clothing. I haven't been able to find much info on this possibility so I would be grateful to hear the opinions of others and together we can begin to untangle truth from lies.

Cheers
