Inquests could be held in private and without a jury for the first time in sensitive cases such as matters of national security after MPs backed a change in the law.
This doesn't sit well with me at all. It means that something is probably a miss if the cause of death is to be withheld from the public and family.

It seems to slot together, like jug-saw puzzle pieces, with other crud that's currently being pushed for, like the labeling of all pretestors as terrorists, and the attempts of Smith to extend her powers of terrorist detainment etc.
They want to snatch people off the streets & stitch them up surreptitiously.

Justice Secretary Jack Straw told MPs that inquests held in private would be 'few and far between,' but admitted it was a 'fundamental' change.
But if they are held in secret how will we know just how few and far between they actually are?

Very disturbing and yet more evidence that we do indeed live under a fascist government. I'm sure they would have liked the death of Dr Kelly to have been held in secret, as then it wouldn't be public knowledge he was bumped off.

I think this links the death penalty in the lisbon treaty for rioting or dissent ,the shoot to kill policy
and the EU arrest warrant.
Now it's all nicely packaged.
Their plan almost complete,all thats left is to implement is marshall law.

I was really worried about this especially in my positions , but after thinking about it it should not cover me or most other TI`s (targeted individuals)
True they could bump me off but if me death was held in a secret inquest then it would only prove that I was a target in the first place or their was some truth to what I had aledge while alive. There tactic is denial ridicule and just ignore last thing they want is to give a TI any public attention even in thier death.
Don`t get me wrong I don`t like this change at all.
