I don't know much about symbolism, but I found it interesting how the British East India Company flag is similar to the U.S. Stars and Stripes flag.

Could there be a link between the British East India Company and the USA? I haven't done any research on it. A conspiracy hypothesis is that the USA is simply a new version of the British East India Company. :eek: I have heard conspiracy researchers talking about the USA being a British company. :confused:
