hi guys :) after some advice, had bad case of flu 2 wks ago, im all well n av been so for a good wk apart from my right gland is still swollen and isnt goin away, i dont go to doctors im sure u all know y. any 1 no of a way of treating this naturally or y this problem has remained? the other gland is fine. ty :)

It's quite normal for glands to be swollen at about 2 weeks, though you have to make sure that no other infection has also taken hold on the top of the last infection. You should visit the doctor, you may be given medication to counter the streptococcus bacterium.
Glands are related to the lymphatic systems and used to get rid of infection in the body. The lymph fluid flows round the body much like blood except it is not pumped like blood so it needs manual movement via exercise. This keeps the system working well. If you have problems with glands then exercise and minimal sugar will probably help.

ty 4 the info, i do exercise at least 45mins a day, maybe its sugar but i dont like eatin alot of sweet foods. :)

hi man, hope ur well, ty 4 the help, ive had the flu b4 but never this after effect, r u sure goin to the doctor is the best thing is there a natural medine i can take?:)
