for the past month Ive had a sore throat,, anyway went to the quacks and they gave me some antibiotics ,but it didnt help at all if anything it,made it worse

anyway yesterday I was trying to talk to my neighbour whos in her 80's and she said have you tried gargling with cider vingear , with that she went back into her house and came back with a bottle of organic cider vinegar and said mix 2 teasspoons with some warm water and gargle with it once an hour throughout the day

well I tried it and lo and behold this morning my throat isnt sore and I can talk again so I think I shall be seeking out other natural remedys rather than wasting money on prescription drugs in the future

Also try eating some raw garlic. Works a treat, but makes me gag a bit.

Yes, I have a big bottle of organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar. You can also drink a bit everyday for general health.

I was jst about to post that exact link from my bookmarks unimatrix.;)

ACV is great for the digestion as well as other things.

An infitip
If you dont want that sickly feeling afer a heavy night of drinking; have a small teaspoon of ACV before bed and it should ease the dodgy stomach when you wake up.

Put the thinly sliced garlic in a sandwich, with fresh parsley. Much easier to eat, & the parsley nullifies the smell of garlic off your breath.
