I understand where you're coming from, but i also feel you mean predict the next terrorist attack to affect the western 'mind' ???

After all, there are terrorist attacks happening in many places of the world - daily in some cases - in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq etc...not to mention the ongoing thing in Palestine...

Are terrorist attcks only real and big if they happen to us? is that it...?

i hope that eventually, we will get around to not only have emotional reactions in the face of big, (possibly) staged events like 9/11, Dianas death etc..but also start to feel a responsibility towards the 'quieter events, the suffering of anonymous people that go unnoticed because they are not on television.
The loss of 4000 people at 9/11 was terrible, but let's not forget that more people than that die and suffer every moment of every day. More than 4000children die of starvation every day, every second of every day someone somewhere is raped, children too :(

My hunch is it will be Iran, from israeli or russian sources. Still not psychic though :p

Though have anyone else noticed the USA is building up a tremendous love for India at the mo (loveable indian celebs and delightfully westernized indian liberals and intellectuals all over the talkshows and major glamorous events now) - so that speaks for Pakistan to be singled out...

Nothing from me, except that now that Obama is in office it seems like it's only a matter of time before something happens to give him his Presidency-defining moment to step up and shine.

Joe Biden has guaranteed it'll happen within six months of him taking office, so we've only got four months maximum left.

I personally think that with the economic situation if they're expecting a mass outpouring of public grief and outrage at the death of a world leader, then they're going to be in for a surprise.

I already posted on this a few days ago. About my nightmare. And then reading a few days later about a pastor from New York predicting the exact same thing. And that scared me bad. He said it will be very soon, and in New York. I'm thinking nuclear or a huge fireball. I'm praying I'm wrong.

I am open minded like most here, but I don't believe 'psychics' for a second. If they were real they would warn us all about tsunamis, terrorist attacks, and the like. They don't, and thats why I doubt them.

The ones who do predict give so little concrete info that its no better than the Derek Acorah types, who through out general terms that can be applied to many situations/people.
