I watched the fireworks from the beach and in the grand tradition of ocean beach, inclusive of all types of merry people (including the police), and I chucked marshmallows at anyone, from old to young, and everything!
Felt like a kid, I did!

okay, admitted i do not actually celebrate 4th of July, since i´m living in Scandinavia. Anyways, i posted a 4th of July comment, with my congratulations for a young friend, living in the Midwest. And i did this with a warm and glad heart, this has actually been a little tradition of mine, since having my first american friend back in 2004.
Then i heard of the celebrations held, in Rebild in Denmark. They showed a clip in the Tv news, and that was about as close as i came to celebrating this annual holiday. But what did you do? :^D

First Tesla I used to surf up there back in the day. Though prefer torry pines. Still a grand ole beach. As for doing anything on that day? I did jackshit. I don't celebrate made up holiday dates in general, particulary the government type. Independence day?? LOL of what? Lol a scam it is! Perpetuating a myth we all know to be completely false. Nothing fuckin patriotic in it. Patrioticsm in itself in any country is complete bullshit anyway. Glad you had a good time though.
