Everything in 3D reality or otherwise is made up of the EXACTLY the same substance, and that substance I will here refer to as, Source.
As such, it is your own thoughts concerning the particular (ah separation, the root of all illusion) arrangement that said Source material arranges as, and your perception's interpretation and thus interpolated effect therein, that determines the final effect.
Realizing that you (cause) are the one that determines this (and every) effect whether it is generated with or without your awareness in the matter, is what most have a hard time grasping.
3D's conditioning and influence through immersion is hard-core though, so unless you are the shiza-masta-whiza of 3D reality, I don't suggest drinking gasoline, as you have in place way too many collective world-mind ingrained beliefs testifying (albeit under influence of false beliefs) that that particular event would kill you, thus it would.
However, I know of no kindergardener yet that can explain String Theory either. But that doesn't mean that one day that kiddo won't be able to someday work out Unified Field Theory to the world physics community's satisfaction.
To what extent to you agree?

I agree to a pretty overall extent really.
This 3d realm as we like to call it has immense purpose and an extraordinary positive vibration to it, that's why every other dimensional negativity wants to mess with it, because of the beauty in it. Like kicking over a kids sand castles on the beach when he's not looking just to feel at least something. Instead of just appreciating it from a positive perspective, because the sea is going to dismantle it anyway and even the kid knows that.
I don't agree with anyone that this 3rd density is some kind of control mechanism by someone in a higher density to manipulate everything in it. This business of people thinking its like the movie The Matrix is a totally misguided way to look at it. There is no matrix other than the rat race, rat wheel, dead end job and a life without joy. That's all you really need to free yourself of, not the actual 3rd density that is and always was for your primary positive nature of the "living, breathing conscious being" that we all are.
I think your first line is spot on that every single piece of our bodies and atomic structure to any level contains the information of the whole, where some see "hologram" I think "fractal". Hologram for me makes me think "not real" now it doesn't mean not real of course but people might attach that distinction in their minds and first impressions do last whether they are rightly or wrongly explained or perceived.
So if they start thinking like "OMG none of this is real I am being controlled in some sort of "light" simulation, I have to escape", its pretty alarmist and couldn't be further from the actual purpose of the knowledge.
We do make our reality that much is clear to me and you and anyone else who really takes the time to think about it, We each have a unique perspective or point of view that no other can posses, BUT, if you were to take any other person and gave them your exact point of view then they would do what you do for they would actually now be "you".
So people how ever mean or nasty they may be, still act with the purpose of making themselves feel better, they are inherently good and want to feel pleasure, this also encapsulates people that love pain for it is still giving them a sense of pleasure, therefore they have the same goal but a different physical or emotional directions of getting there. There are extremes but I won't drag the subject down to that level.
So now we are realizing that our environment is the most important thing for determining who we are. The cells in your body receive all the information they need to do what they do from the surrounding cells, or else they would never change techniques to do this or that better, they cannot learn if they can't see past themselves. No different if you look at the planet as a body and we are the cells.
This should change that old saying "I don't care what people think of me" because we should care what people think of us because that's how we make a better us, by taking input from those around us and determining "is this who I want to be?"
If you spend your life hanging around thugs then you will at some point develop thuggish behavior, because like it or not the feedback you get from others around you shapes your perception of yourself.
This means that we should choose environments carefully or improve the environments carefully including the world around us, but that we also have to "be" the environment because we "are" when we are perceived by another person, we help shape them too.
Pretty much what everyone has already heard, but the belief needed to change the world will come when people can collectively believe they actually can do it. People are only being held back making the impossible possible because other people are telling them they can't do it, a bad environment were nothing will ever change is the result of such pessimism.
