Yes john harris is one who has made me more aware of this law than anyone. Full respect. At first I thought he was just a money grabber who was lining his own pockets. But I was wrong.

Peace:)

A very good presentation to assist in the learning process!
Would it be possible for John and others to repeat any questions asked of them from the audience as the reply does'nt always clarify the point being made.

Yes. I asked him how i could use this information against British Waterways ( a statutory corporation ) when they also use common law as there defense.
There a tough nut to crack!
He said he would help if i contacted him. I have sent himan email and im waiting for a reply.

Excellent video.

During it he mentions that Buckingham Palace is receiving
between 600 and 1,500 lawful rebellion declarations per week!
Great stuff.

Lots of good, simple yet useful and clever points made
e.g. sending your birth cert' off so tptb can fine it. :D

Like 'Bursting Bubbles' & 'Magnificent Deception' it deserves to
be watched several times to glean all the points made.

Yes agreed with you all, it's a top video.

The birth certificate bit is excellent.....................is anyone going to be brave enough to try it?

Sorry if this one's already been mentioned before.
I'm currently awaiting a reply from an email I sent to the GRO (General Register Office) mentioned in the video.
It was basically along the lines of;
"I am lawfully obliged to register the birth of a child? If so, under what law?"
"What is the punishment if I do not want to register a child or receive a birth certificate?"

I'll let everyone know what the "official" response is.

Cheers.

Download Orbit Downloader. Under 'tools', click on 'Grab++', then save to the desired location.

ConvertXtoDVD is an easy program for converting video into DVD format.

I think if you dont register the child, you are not entitled toany govement benefits. IE child tax etc ....

if my memeory serves me correctly John Harris said on his edge media apperance, that you will be contacted iof the child is not registered and threatened with a fine, then after 12 months or so, they will send you a letter asking if you would like to register your child.

I am in a pickle with this as when i have a child, i dont want to register them with the Goverment, but i dont think my missis would have it.

Thanks Stemcg1983

The GRO (General Register Office) website does indeed have a section for registering a child/birth "If a birth has not been registered within 12 months" i.e. when they are older.

I'll wait for the official answer from them, but have a very sneaky feeling that having to register a birth is another massive deception that we all do simply because we think we have to! Much the same as paying Income Tax, Obeying Statute Laws, Paying Penalty Charge Notices etc...etc...

I'm so glad I found this forum.

I'll update the forum when I get the official response from the GRO.

Cheers.

I have already done this and had a lot of response from the GRO, there is a thread on here called "Email to Registrar General" under the Freeman on the land forum. Have a read of this thread and it reveals a LOT about what the birth certificate is really about!

I have made a suggestion on a separate thread called "Affidavits the way forward?" (or something similar), and I think it is possible to either register the birth of child using their system, but prior to doing so create an affidavit confirming the date of birth, child's name, plus other details about place of birth etc, but also a declaration that you DO NOT GIVE PERMISSION to any person, company etc etc to create a legal fiction, or person, associated to your child's name. You could even trademark your child's name as your property, which could then become the child's property when it becomes 18.

Play their system but for YOUR benefit.

I recently watched the second part of this talk, and I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to John. Many thanks, also, to all others involved.

The audience became a bit rowdy during part two!

arten

Mate if you think the audience were rowdy in part two all I can say is you have lived a very sheltered life.

I have been thinking about all this Freeman Stuff and have been particpating in the Forums over at TPUC and I don't think it is necessary to go the whole hog and opt out of society.
In fact it might be ok and possible for people like John, tradesmen can and do work in the Black Market. However, if you work in a white collar job and have taken the academic route in life you cannot opt out. If you ae a man with a young family living in council housing you cannot opt out.
I think you can, however, be smart and play the system. You can still dispute many of their statutes by knowing and quoting the Magna Carta etc
I feel the only way to go, is to take them on through the ballot box which is why I am actively involved with NOTA which stands for NONE OF THE ABOVE. At the least we can expose the sham that they call democracy, this is one of the elites most carefully crafted illusions and they are even using this illusion as a pretext to take us into an illegal and immoral war in the Middle East and Afghanistan.

John mentions around 35 minutes in, ignoring means you agree to being a person and thus subject to what a business (court) ask of you? How is that the case, surely you need to give consent to being a person, how can ignoring for example a court summons give consent to being a person?

Cheers! :)

From my little knowledge I think it is to do with the negotiations of the 'offer' they present to you. By ignoring this 'offer' you have agreed to accept that which was offered.....

But i may have this wrong.....

It is called Dishonour, the only thing to do is become really well aquainted with your rights under common law. For me the best place to start is finding someone with more knowledge, who can explain it all to you, and the best site I have found is this one.

Yeah, thanks Arten...

I've already visited this site on numourous occasions and have gleamed some important info from it.

The only question I have regarding Johns talk is that he never mentions NOUI&COR. From his affirdavit, he claims 'Freeman-on-the-Land' through this.

Is this enough (apart from knowing your rights under common law to back this up) to declare FMOTL?

Any Takers

peace

That is something someone should put to him. I personally will take the advice from the Anti Terrorist who says use your person wisely. I have decided to stay within the system and along with my old mate Terry Marsh, use the ballot box to smash one of the elites most carefully crafted illusions, that we live in a democracy. The Political Movement set up by Terry is NOTA, an acronynm for NONE OF THE ABOVE. TPTB have used the excuse that they are taking Democracy into ME countries which allows them to use force, which is illegal and immoral.
I think the way to expose that is at the ballot box and if we won just one seat we would be well on the way to doing so.
