Anyone departing the UK by land, sea or air will have their trip recorded and stored on a database for a decade.

Even swimmers attempting to cross the Channel and their support teams will be subject to the rules which will require the provision of travellers' personal information such as passport and credit card details, home and email addresses and exact travel plans.

Exact travel plans, like not darkening these shores again.

If you don't have a credit card can't you leave? To make sure that you are in hock to the government's bankers?

I doubt this will see the light of day, if only because the elite, and those that 'think' they are part of the elite, will also be tracked -and they DO have something to hide.

The elite will NOT be tracked. I know someone well who worked on some of the software for government. Backdoors are everywhere for these people. No... it's one rule for them and one rule for us and it's all based on lies and murder.
