Hi fellow learners. Must say a HUGE thanks to those who have sent me a link to Mary Crofts book, its what I KNEW but couldnt put my finger on!

Do the UCC laws apply to the UK? I'm trying to educate myself on them but as the books written from an American point of view I was wondering what applies and what doesnt (freedom sure applies everywhere).

Keep up the good work folks, Peace

I see what it says about the UCC. It seems there is absolute call to question the validity of your freedom based on the "straw-man" concept with a strong, valid arguement. However that site kinda sumises that you need to fully understand the law in order to comprehend what they are trying to tell you and to substanciate your own arguement, and as such seems a little negative. (althouggh thet rightfully state they dont fully comprehend it).

However, seeing as I did a mensa test, (note small letters), when I was 14 and apparently have an IQ of "over" 150 (according to a group which likes to seperate "smart" from "not as smart", rather than stating its a test in the ways in which to test your perceivement of the written language, partly why I told them I didnt want to join and test any further for the "actual" figure), I BELIEVE I have the capacity to study the law and use it to my advantage.

Just glad this forum has given me the kick up the backside to get on with it! That site also seems to have a negative aspect regarding achieving personal freedom via common/corporate law, just because he/she failed to comprehend an arguement doesn't mean that anyone else should abandone hope.

If something truly matters to you and you set your mind to it, anything that has gone before can go again!

boyd, I am a Freeman in/of Eternity and Infinity.

"seeing as I did a mensa test, (note small letters), when I was 14 and apparently have an IQ of "over" ..."

I too did a MENSA test under supervision at an edinburgh school some years ago. My bro-in-law is a chess grand master and has an IQ of ...
he cannot put in a light bulb or screw in a screw ........

"I BELIEVE I have the capacity to study the law and use it to my advantage."

Indeed anyone can do that BUT "the law" is a Fiction.

"Just glad this forum has given me the kick up the backside to get on with it! That site also seems to have a negative aspect regarding achieving personal freedom via common/corporate law, just because he/she failed to comprehend an arguement doesn't mean that anyone else should abandone hope."

All men are created equal = answer me this,
What gives some men the right to inprison, enslave, tax,
believe they have authority over you? NONE.

"The Law" is Fiction
