I am 48, and Ron Paul's was the first political campaign I ever contributed money to. I still have a big "Ron Paul for President 2008" magnet on the back of my car. No doubt I am definitely now in some govt database of people to monitor.
This is unbelievable, and then again, it isn't. The world has definitely gone to shit right before our very eyes.

I don't know what to say...
The Ron Paul supporters were clearly just decent people trying to make a positive contribution to their country...
Take care! :)

We all are...
But the more this pans out, the more convinced I am that the spiritual aspect is the key.
They could not get away with all this in the name of "money" or "power"...
This is not a materialistic game.
This is spiritual.
The worse it gets, the stronger my resolve to retain my human dignity.
I know that I'm a better man than I was 2 or 3 years ago.

Not you hello.... :)
Hold my hand and we'll face this together... :)
I -hope- some are now aware, the change come from within ourselves.
And when each individual makes his contribution, which comes from within,
then we end up,inevitably, with a great place to live in.
The problem is we have reached a point, and this whole 'thing' has evolved to the extent to which such a great number of individuals are not and have not been making their MORAL DUTY to contribute to the achievement of this great goal.
To make things worse, this ovewhelming majority of people are actually contributing directly or indirectly to further damage our already screwed up world and existance.
So then what, what will we do and how will we react when our time will come. What will it be when the picture as a whole will be revealed. Now many will say that the shit has already hit the fan, and yup i agree, in many respects it has. Were just not at the end yet, there is more to come...
More ?!? wtf ??!!?
just my thoughts...

That's because they are all sheeple, caught in a world where their every thought and move is dictated to them by mass marketing and the mainstream media. It tells them what schedule to keep, how to dress, what to buy, what to eat. Most of all, it tells them who to ridicule and to get more sheeple involved in the ridiculing. The few people I have managed to shake out of their stupor are at a loss as to what to do about it. I don't have any answers for them other than to spread the word and to try to wake other people up.
The problem is the speed at which we are able to wake people up is much slower than the speed at which the opppressers are expediting their agenda.

Heh you mentioned marketing ...
I actually took marketing in college for 1 year , it's incredible what people get told there INCREDIBLE!
And yea , you are right the speed and rate at which some are able to speak up is much smaller compared to the behemoth we face.
What i found is that some are truly affraid to even consider the posibility;
they are afraid to acknoledge, affraid to take a stand - a stand in their minds and hearts and also affraid to be 'dislocated' from their relatively confortable stop to which they have been accostumed to.
Unfortunate, for us, and for the generation to come ( in case there will even be one).

What they are afraid of is accepting that there is something going on that is far beyond their control. Lack of control is one of the scariest of fears. They know deep inside what is going on, but they bury it so they don't have to think about it. It's better to remain ignorant and comfortable.
The thing about marketing is that it really, really works. If it didn't institutions wouldn't spend billions of $$$ putting it into every medium available for our perusal. It's on TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, billboards, signs, logos, the internet, you name it. I would suggest everyone google NLP for a start.
