Where I live (North Idaho USA) it's freezing cold, today is making a record low my car almost wouldn't start, the air was at 0 Fahrenheit. It ought to be 40 degrees warmer. To me global warming, something I hope and wish for, isn't happening. I want global warming, I'm sick of the cold. I saw the national news this morning, artic air is pushing down thru central USA freezing everything as far south as Texas.
Global warming is a hoax. Nearly everyday this winter was near record lows. If we were having global warming why is it so damn cold? And why is global warming automatically "bad". What horseshit, I say warm is good.
I spent months during this freezing cold winter researching the issue, being trained as a Chemical Engineer I easily found the first major flaw in the C02 argument. Water vapor is what carries the earth's heat, not the miniscule amount of C02 in the air that warmers keep touting. Even worse manmade CO2 only amounts to 0.117% of the greenhouse gas effect!
Water vapor carries the earth's heat and is gigantic greenhouse gas in percent terms yet the warming theorist don't even mention it! 96% of greenhouse effect is from water, CO2 and methane are less than 4%!
Then I discovered (for myself at least) that Al Gore's "hockey stick" logic was bass ackwards. C02 went up from 340ppm to 380ppm (not very much) and earth's temp DID NOT FOLLOW, it got colder. An inconvient fact.
So the causal relationship that C02 causes temp is false, that was my second discovery (in my mind at least). CO2 is as follower of earth trends.
Then I read that the whole damn hoax was started by a NASA astronomer to get funding. It's a funding scam turned into a modern "tulip mania". It's now a religion, a truth that can't be questioned.
I'm really cynical about our prospects, they want to shut down all the coal burning plants in the USA (which supply 53% of the nation's electricity) based on a hoax, and now I read this morning on this site that they want to tax cow farts because of methane emmisions. Insane.
