Do you think pikeys will be a threat? The police are already scarred of them and they are thieving buggers who have no respect for anything. Most sites down here in kent are known to have guns stashed. Or do you think they will be the first through the incinerators?

I reckon they'll be the first ones to rob all the allotments , blatantly too.

Idk, the police and beaurocrats seem to leave them alone, they move around and many of them are not easily traceable.

to me it is the mind set that puts down someone for being different or living a different life style that is a threat.

Thanks for being honest and un-pc about the issue, they are violent, they rob and intimidate the people they are near, I hope they do not threaten people living a peaceful life on the land.

Travellers are a small minority though, it's a lot easier to round up larger numbers of people who are settled in one place. I suspect that there will always be people living outside the system, eg travellers.
I don't think they are much of a threat and it's not as if large numbers of people are migrating to that way of life, and not many people would particulaly want to.
On the other hand, Hitler never liked the Romanies.

and the romanies/travellers/gypsies didnt like hitler.
the french resistance was mostly peasants and gypsies.
partly why french gypsies get huge grants for nice traillers.
i would say travellers are the biggest threat to the nwo.

Yeah, but they are kind of allowed to do their thing, I think most police etc are too scared to bother the pikeys.
No offence to any travellers, my Mum reckons her Dad was romany (I reckon pikey though, that's why she can't give me details of his relatives lol :D)

They're to busy having sword fights and the likes with each other. I was chatting up a gypsy girl and said she had a sword, also said if her dad or brother found out (if I had of shagged her) then they'd chop my nob off!
Don't know if it was a wind up but I think maybe they take their bloodlines and who they breed with serious.
For years I would be walking through town and the same Irish gypsy woman would say darling want some lucky heather I gave her a pound for several years but last time I seen her I never had money never seen her since but she was old.
There are some not so far from me that have lived local for years when they're not travelling with the fair etc.
I kind of respect them for being true to their lifestyle and denying Big brother ptb etc, I did a bit of travelling myself many moons ago.

Some used to call round all houses asking "do you want your path tarmacing?", half the pathways round here where done by Irish gypos, Lot's of Irish round our way, so I think some trust them.
Another one this old guy with a beard would ride round on a push iron and had a little whistle thing he would play a tune.
Nock on doors asking - "do you want any knives or tools sharperning?".:D

They do show that it is possible to stay out of the system, though. Is that because they just DO it, or are they all born into it?

Don't forget the lucky heather! My Mum once told me that if they try to put a curse on you, look them straight in the eye and say "I send it back."

They're used to be signs up on pub doors here saying "No travellers!"
I used to look like one and got asked a few times to fuck off lol.
Thing is though some people would go down the gypos site and kick off, so any wonder they have guns and the likes, been a few incidents....
I think they can get scapegoated for things they haven't done at times.

pikeys/travellers/gypsies/romanies get more hassle of police than any one.
tptb have been trying to force them in houses for years.
i have much respect for their resistance.

They are born into the lifestyle as far as I know.

As far as I know too. As my Mum is from traveller stock, aparently me, my bruv and my father (by marriage) are also travellers.

Respect :)
I was at Glastonbury in the 80's before the pigs used to be there, was less commercial and a much better vibe. In the green field had gypsy caravans, horses, they where juggling dancing, real gypsies.
I sat on the kings meadow hill all night watched the sun rise was like going back in time, I thought next year I'll go back and see if I can join them and travel, had this romantic idea lol. :p
New age traveller became the new label but they weren't proper gypos, but think some did mix and get along okay with the real gypos.
The next year came home kind of depressed that year cos the festival wasn't the same vibe plus the pigs being there.
And never did get to travel with the real gypos, didn't see any (prob wouldn't have had me anyway lol)
So sort of became a new age traveller had our van but never joined the convoy. Pull up in some remote place in the countryside stay there for a while and work on farms. get cash in hand!
I think it was gypsy culture they would travel a family or a few families together and meet up with others in the spring and through the summer at festivals. In the old days I think they would tell storys, carry news... trade sell stuff to people they met on their travels.

Well I read recently that one young kid shot another one at a travellers site back home very recently.
If society ever broke down and they banded together I would reckon that their loyalty would be to their own so that should they need to use guns to do get by they will use them. Not much good for us non-pikeys, so yes they would be a threat. Any roaming group that is armed is a potential threat.

If it all goes sour the Pikey's are the last of you're worries.
Just keep some 3 liter bottles of home brew scrumpy in the garage and if they come calling, dole it out and they'll be fine with you. Probably give you a lucky bit of heather for nowt.

Indeed, I am with you on that one, I don't think pikeys will be a major worry if the shit hits the fan, there will be many people in a state of panic and freaking out, they will be the dangerous ones.

Leave me be. Whoever you are. Dont trespass. Trade on my terms.
Hunt down a criminal gang that holds up 'in the woods' and erase the threat. Robbin Hood need not worry.
They will start off in a better position than others as they are there already, bless'em.

Are they not Freemen On The Land? It would explain why people always go on about them 'having no insurance on their big 4x4's'
