I was only trying to make the point the David could be leaving himself open to yet more court cases.

I asked a mate who has legal experience. He said that if Icke has not made it clear that the money will be used for other things if not required for legal defence costs he could be in trouble.

My question was not aimed at David it was aimed at forum members to give their point of view. Why would i aim a post at David when i know full well he dosent post here.
