I haven't seen this program, but given the amount of seriously mentally degrading SHITE on the tele these days I can't be shocked anymore...
Desperate Housewives, America's Next Top Model, Tyra Banks, Big Brother and all the other terrible off-shoots.
I have stopped watching tele ages ago. I'm trying to convince my mother to, only to save her soul from being filled with vain propaganda.
I'm a good son ;):)

Shit like this serves the same purpose as pornography.
(I know, bear with me)
It prevents men and women from connecting on an emotional level.
Classic divide and rule.

If I do watch TV, I usually watch South Park, Family Guy, Bottom or any stand-up comedy. I don't care for anything else (maybe the odd documentary, but I find them very bias and dated at times) and I always mute the adds and look away/play guitar, I won't even let them enter my consciousness.

I also do the same with the net. The AMOUNT of annoying ads, flash ads and those pop-up ads that cover your whole screen drive me mental, so I've a shit-load of Firefox add-ons so NO ads show up

Loose women is an awful name for a show.... . the meaning of these words used to mean sexually promiscuous, doubt that's what the show is about though.
Subtitles on TV whilst listening to a discussion on radio or some music, that's what I used to do, the voices of the people on Tv used to do my head right in at times. The adverts I would have to leave the room at times. All those flashing images way to fast and who knows what subliminals inbetween.
The only cure for me in the end was to turn the damn thing off, it's very rarely been watched in the last three years. It is a great escape if you're watching something you enjoy. I wouldn't ban TV if I was prime Minster.

I can stand watching these patronising old hags being laughed at by their audience full of idiots. The ones I can't stand the most are the gobby cow who used to sing on cruises and that other ugly cow who used to date Chris Evans:mad:

hahaha, I can't remember much of what they looked like long time since I've seen it. But as far as daytime TV goes it's usually compulsary for them to have fake bleached blonde or gingery brown hair, be above size 16 dress size and have a face that could turn milk sour and make an erection droop for a few days.

bints, harridans? Fools will watch it, the main problem is that they will affect others who don't, so it's probably not quite enough to say "if you don't like it, don't watch it", like with every other program.

LOL yes to make homosexuality appear to be normal. See they wan't women to accept gay men as more friendly, sensitive and appear to be more understanding of women than straight men(total bull) or do they just wan't good sex tips on how to play the cock.

If they do throw in a "token", just like in the USA, you better believe that its always someone who is more white inside than i am for fucks sake. And I`m GINGER!
Examples; Condileeza Rice, Colin Powell, Barak Obama, Connie Chung etc
This is the west dammit! We like our black people to be white!

Dead right cheesedanish.
Here, we have a certain type of woman who thinks its ok to be a greedy, selfish bastard and feel nothing for anyone.Just so long as you buy fair trade coffee.
A couple of great examples of female Brits without empathy:
Hazel blears (god, i hate this woman)
Tessa Jowell
These people think that the word "belly" is vulgar an unacceptable, especially in front of children.
They also think that its ok bomb Afghan kids.
My wife works in a nursery so I have much experience of these people.
They are taking over our country

BTW, when one child bites another (hard enough to draw blood) , the staff are not even allowed to use the word "naughty".
They must say that the child has been "silly"
WHAT THE FUCK?
I swear this is absolutely true.

yes the world is going crazy / has gone crazy ......it is very frustrating ... when where did Paris change her outfit in the jail become the most important question while people are living in appaling conditions who cannot even afford to buy clothes never mind 4 changes a day 'worn only once - so i never need to wash anything cos i bought it all new!"

I used to play a game when I was really bored and started to channel hop on TV (Spot the shemale!) I can't remember the names...there was one who was a politicain or something and was going on about womens rights or something. Honestley she looked like he she had had a sex change operation. Remember Les Dawson the comedian he used to do a sketch the one where he dressed as a woman and used to gossip over the fence to his neighbour. It looked like that but with more facial stubble.

Just to set the record straight here. If you think I'm homophobic or fatist. Let me say homos can be hetrophobic and fatties can be thinist. If you catch my drift.
To be honest I don't care if people choose to be gay, it's just not for me. Afterall I may well have been a raving 20 stone lesbian in a previous incarnation in another body in another lifetime.
When you get to the point of feeling like parts of you're life are like the scripts off the Soap operas then it's time to turn over or off! I would often find myself speaking with an accent off a Soap. Even worse I used to love those old spaghetti western movies with Clint Eastwood when I was a kid. The only cool part really was when he was riding off into the sunset on his horse I guess lol.

Hahahaha!! I didn't know what "bint" meant so I looked it up and found this quote:
"Look...you can't proclaim yourself king just because some moistend bint lobbed a scimitar at you." -Monty Python, Holy Grail
Lol!!!

It get's easy with time like any other addicition. But theres always a chance of a relapse. I used to have the full sky package which was like hundreds of channels, but it got to the point where I was watching repeats, or programs with different names but the same plot and story line.
