I got this from David Icke's Latest Headlines page. Does this mean that we should never spread the truth to the police to wake them up ? :-

I recently came across the work of this Guy called John Harris who's has been deeply involved in the freeman position and educating the police. He has taught me omong other things the difference between a 'Policeman' and a 'Police Officer'.
Check out his video presentation, the different perspective he gives is very very interesting!
John Harris is very well known on this website. :D
Quite a few of us, myself included, were present at that talk.

Anyone see The Anti Terrorist videos on youtube?
Here is one where he says to talk to the police:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iGHQDquNkro&feature=PlayList&p=C3DF69DFF5EA9CF8&index=0&playnext=1
I sort of think he is a police man in the UK?
I can't load the videos down right now to watch them, so I can't comment on them. I have no clue why we shouldn't be talking to the police. But I will check them out later.
You should be very careful talking to the police, and I avoid it, most of the time :D
They are cunning, devious, lying little cunts who make out to be your friend, then stab you in the back when they have enough information to nick you. I learnt this at a very early age when I got nicked in school for graffiti art in the local area.... They claimed they had video evidence of us committing the 'crimes', and being young and naive we admitted it.... After a few months had passed my mother was speaking to someone who had been working for the police and they had told her there was never any video! So I learnt a valuable lesson early on, that if I had not spoke to them, I would never have got nicked!

Alright, the video posted by the OP must be of a different nature than I had assumed. I'm assuming now it must be about being coerced etc...
I thought it might be to inform the police of the state of affairs our world is in and where they may be taken advantage of. That's what the anti-terrorist video is about. Different subject altogether.
As for as your experience, yes, the police are permitted to lie to you to in order to entrap you. Here is a good site you may want to take a look at:

Why not step back a bit, dance a little jig around the situation and, look at it from a totally different angle! Why not, the next time you see a police person, go up to them and say, "hello, my name is Dai ( use your own name here) and I'd like to wish you a safe and happy day", then you could explain that you are worried about forthcoming events that may see you both facing each other and on somehow opposing sides, you might ask if they would like to see their children grow up in a free world , or just ask if they'd like a cuppa when passing by your house. Are we in the business of pulling down the barriers or putting them up?

I agree Jimmi and posted something very similar on a different thread about a guy on here being questioned for taking photos of a bridge. They are trained to believe it is US versus THEM. We need to make them realise that we are all the same, human beings trying to get along in life!!!

Hey steevo. The reason solicitors tell you not to talk to the police is simple, but a solicitor won't tell you this reason in a way it makes sense. It would mean them getting into the whole issue and then people will be defending themselves without the need to go to court and put them out of business.
The reason is simply because of the way the police engage people in contracting by deception. They manufacture our consent, thus getting us to waive our rights to be left alone. They can then do what they want because you have given consent. If people don't know what the game is they will submitt every time, no question. If people do not comply with their requests (contracts) the police will mostly use lies and threats of arrest (false) to intimidate us into aquiesence.
This is why people shouldn't talk to the police.
This is why everyone should be studying Freeman philosophy, so if the police try to engage you in contracting, you know just what to say to counter their every word, peacefully and with lawful excuse!
If you don't know their language folks, do not talk to the police, simple!

I agree mostly with what you say, but do all of the Police really know what they are doing, i.e. attempting to coerce you into a contract? If so then they must know the PERSON / man scam...

Nice one Dondaz. Thanks for that explanation.
We will have to continue to use this as a rule of thumb then until the day when the masses realise that we are being tricked by the police into contracting with them.

Well, I think most of them know bits and pieces, but not the whole scam. Even some of those further up the chain of command won't know the full situation, don't forget they are all compartmentalised and conditioned, as we all have been, in thier own system of control, which has obviously been designed for them to comply with, rather than question, what they are being told to do. A bit of propaganda will soon clear any doubts they may have about performing their 'duties'.

Yes mate, I agree. How are people going to cope with over a hundred thousand statutes and acts from the EU? They're fucked mate, because sharks do not care who they prey on. There is a rainstorm coming and it seems only freemen have prepared themselves with umbrellas to deflect the downpour!
I think this explains the situation nicely about contracting/talking to the police:
"If you are not going to speak I am not wasting my time here", Sergeant Mackay said
before driving off.

Advice on Dealing with the Police by
"Hey Mr Policeman you are violating my rights!"
Golden Rule : Keep your mouth shut. Anything you say is used AGAINST you.
Do you have to talk and answer questions whether by police or authority ?
NO
If the policeman asks you for information about yourself. You do not have to answer. But you can tell him that if you want info about an incident, then fair enough but I dont have to give MY DETAILS to them.
Policeman : "What have you got to hide ?"
Respond : "Well, if I told you what I was hiding, then it would no longer be hidden would it!", "So I'm not telling you what I'm hiding. As it happens, I'm hiding my privacy". "Privacy is only of value to those who value their privacy and so it's none of yours or anyone business".
Even at the scene of an accident, you dont have to tell them your details. But they will probably put you in a cell. But you are in your rights not to give details. They will try to intimidate you into giving them your details or answering questions or they will "arrest you and charge with obstruction of an officer in the performance of it's duty".
Be prepared to go into a cell to keep your privacy.
Dont fall for their nice talk when they appear sympathetic SAY NOTHING.
DENY NOTHING. YOU HAVE NOT PAST, NO NAME, NO ADDRESS
================================================== ==
When a Policeman stops you to ask you questions :-
Get your mobile phone out and record it all and make sure the cop knows that you are recording. Say "Hello Officer, I recognise your contact. What is the nature of the intended detention ?"
If he says that you can NOT record the conversation, you say "In that case am I free to go ?" If he "yes" then you are free to go and you say "thank you for your time, goodbye", but if he says "no, youre not free to go", then you say again "What is the naure of the intended detention ?" (Always ask the questions cos you are then in the master position).
If he refuses to tell you what he is stopping you for then you ask him, "Did you witness me breach the peace ?". He will reply "yes" or "no".
If he says "no" then you say "I am now reserving my right not to speak to a police officer who has not witnessed me breach the peace. Thank you and good day". Walk away.
If he asks you for some identification. Ask him "Am I obliged to carry some identification ?". If he asks for your name then ask him if you are obliged to give him your name. The answer to both of those questions is "no". If he says "yes", then he is acting fraudulently, he's not acting as a lawful police officer. Ask him again "Am I free to go ? AM I FREE TO GO ? AM I FREE TO GO ?" If they continue to detain you then ask "Am I under arrest ? Am I free to go ? Am I under arrest ? Am I free to go ? Am I under arrest ?".
If they CONTINUE to detain you and they give you a sense that you are going to be arrested then IMMEDIATELY say "Officer I'm a peaceful man, if you are going to arrest me, there will be no need for force or violence. However, you are obliged to note that I am operating under protest and duress at all times. I reserve all of my rights at all times and waive none of my rights at any time for any cause or reason".
Then, if they take you down to the station the golden rule is to keep you mouth shut, say nothing, shut up! You do NOT give them permission to take your finger prints, you do not give them consent to ask any further questions, you do not give them consent to put their hands on you in any way shape or form "You do not have consent to touch me officer". They key here is that they can only police BY CONSENT. When they are working with "statutory regulations" THEY NEED YOUR CONSENT. NOTHING CAN BE DONE WITH STATUTORY REGULATIONS WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT - NOTHING! (Obviously if you are guilty of a crime then you should take the punishment like a man).
If they put you in a cell relax, ignore any intimdation and tactics to get you to speak. You are not required to give your fingerprints or to give your DNA (or a blood or a urine sample), NOT WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. You waive your rights by opening your mouth of giving them what they want. The only way of getting out of the cell (but it could take a day) then you must SHUT UP cos then they have to release you.
================================================== ======
The police dont like YOU to ask THEM questions. It's completely alien to them. "Until youve established probable cause my friend, there is a Roman Maximum in law that says quote- Equality before the law is paramount and mandatory -unquote That means before you have established that I have done anything wrong then you and I are on equal footing my friend no matter what uniform youre wearing so you will treat me with respect and you will speak across to me and not down to me or I will not assist you in anyway shape or form".
The new statutory legistlation of stop and search powers are being abused by the police. You just have to say "No I do not consent. I am not consenting to any searches today. Thank you very much. Am I free to go ? Am I under arrest ? Am I free to go ? Am I under arrest ?".

Nuff said..
I would also like to add that whoever thinks the idea of inviting them in for a cuppa and 'converting' them to freeman philosophy had better go and join them. The minute you invite them over your threshold you've contracted into Admirilty.
I think people really need to study this stuff before shooting off at the hip and given out erroneous advice.
They are not our friends however they are there to keep the peace as much on our side as anyone elses as to whether they do this or not time will only tell. I will be getting a visit from Council Tax bailiffs and I have informed them that if they come to my house I will call peace officers. So will keep you posted.
