I've gotten into this stuff three weeks ago and now I'm starting to have thoughts at night when trying to sleep which will not go away. I can't talk to anyone about them or I'll be locked up.
do you feel they are your thoughts, or something outside you?

Psychic attack is NOT to be taken lightly, as its something we can all fall victim to at various times. As such we need to offer practical advice and not be too quick to judge the situation of another.
