I came across this lil gem while I was doing some research.All of you out there who have a grasp on legalese will be able to see what this really means.Those of you that don't know legalese should in some small part start to see just what the "special relationship" is between the USA and the UK.The first video is some information you might like to consider before reading the IRS publication.
