I've seen black lines being covered by 'chemtrails' (not trying to start chemtrail debate). It was like a perfectly straight black line shadow and a jet covered it up from end to end in a perfect straight line. Theories include it being nano-technology drops or dimensional rifts... neither of which the PTB want us seeing.

As to this black lightning phenomena... very interesting.

Ever heard of people seeing the entire sky light up at night, or seeing a daylight sky turn to 'night' for a split second?

All of this is dimensional activity in my opinion...
