Seriously, it's a terrible thing for anyone to go through cancer.
I think what I don't like is how the media makes out like she's Our Saint Jade (and Our Maddy Would Be Found If Our Jade Didn't Have Cancer! is all I can imagine for the next years worth of headlines) when in reality, she's a chav icon who got stuck with a shitty, lethal disease and who is now selling the story for every dime she can get. Just until recently, wasn't she was the media's racist pig who insulted Shilpa Shetty and was the embodiment of What's Wrong With Britain Today?
Again, cancer is unbearably shitty and nobody deserves it; this perpetual media coverage of inane things like OUR BRAVE JADE GOES SHOPPING!! LIGHT A CANDLE FOR OUR BRAVE JADE!!! only serves to make me detest them even more than normal. She's made a fuckton of money off this already; pictures of her getting into a car to go to the hospital while ostensibly hallucinating from a drug reaction, arguing with a neighbor about a gate and the papparazzi with a pain control device in her mouth was just weird.
