I think 'entertainment' is their cover.
I think their real reason, is to get people to look up to these lawyers and their judicial system, and to look to them exclusively as our saviours,
and bringers of justice.
Plus, these tv shows make it sound like the current law system is the best thing that we as people have got, and that its not always fair, but hey, what can you poor people do....?? you got nothing else,
you HAVE to hire these lawyers,
as you dont know their complicated confusing law....
and your lawyer is really your friend,
when really, the lawyer is first a officer of the court and then he is your lawyer.
His first duty and responsibility is to the law society, as a lawyer.

Fucking hate them with a rare passion.
Add shit like Law and Order, CSI...no fuck it! EVERY fucking crime or legal drama and for that matter every stupid fucking emotively overwrought hospital drama on TV, gather them all together, roll them into a big ball and flush them all down Satan's grotty black, shit-encrusted toilet along with all of the 'talent' responsible for them for all of eternity and the world would be a better place.
If anyone can't see what these shows are really about, consider hopping in while the dark, bloody water is still swirling and taking a ride down into oblivion along with them.

Yes Im starting to see this kind of thing in a lot of tv programs and tv shows nowadays. There was a BBC piece about the snowstorm we ve just had and how it might not happen for another 15 years as it was just part of a cycle. It was basically saying the snow was a fluke and global warming/climate change are real blah blah blah. The best propaganda tv show Ive seen is 24 with Kiefer Sutherland. I used to love the show until recently waking up to what its really all about. It makes it look like there s a massive terrorist threat with CTU buildings in every city with a huge staff dedicated to fighting terrorism and that torture is a good thing when its justified. Im really considering getting rid of my TV. I only really watch a couple of programmes per week now but would miss football etc.

Anyway...I digress...........Just do what I do STOP WATCHING TE-LIE_VISION.............

I was at someone's house the other night when all that csi crap was on...it's a blatant warning from the tecno-fascists; "you will not escape, you will be detected, we will catch you and imprison you...crime is futile" There was actually a trailer on for a film in the adverts saying almost those exact words in between slices of hi-tech crime detection drama. Don't know what the film was...
All those shows are aired just to engrain "you can't beat the system" into collective conscious.
How fucking dumb someone is is usually relative to how many T.V's they have in their house
