Fake AND hilariously odd.
Two blond twins being recorded ( :confused: ), then the cameraman pans the camera to the guy who is about to do the fall before he even comes into sight. That's the hint that it's a set up.
The people midway up the stairs looked digitally altered also.
The fall the guy takes and the car-strike are quite convincing but I'd guess this is an edited mixture of real reckless acrobatics and mostly seamless homemade CGI.
