a word in support of the moderators

Overall I support what the moderators are doing here. And, I say this even
though I've been tapped myself more than once by a mod to "cool it."

Without moderation what do you get? You get usenet which has become a sea
of spam and porn.

We may not all agree with everything the mods do but I think we still do have
the best site to discuss Icke's work on the net. The mods have a lot to with
that.

We're guests in someone's house and I think they have a right to set a few
house rules.

Nice one graf & I totally agree with you.

It can't be easy being in their shoes most of the time & I take my hat off to them all :) It will never be possible to please everyone, but I reckon they're all doing a good job under the circumstances. Keep it up guys & gals :D

i think some of the mods are good people, if not all of them. and its right about the house thing i think, if you go into anothers house you respect there house or dont and get thrown out or you just leave. maybe me and a few others have been complicating things abit, if i dont like it i dont have to stay. its as simple as that.

i will be thrown out kicking and screaming i tell you, aahh :D.

This week they have had a lot of grief from people which is totally uncalled for.

People should try and put themselves in their shoes before discrediting them.

They're being as fair as possible, and they do go out of their way to assist people when it is needed.

I needed assistance this week from the moderators, and I was helped tremendously by Limelady who went out of her way several times for me to find out some information from the admin/staff regarding using some David Icke samples in my music, and the procedures for doing that, and she totally went out of her way to find the information out for me, and I am very grateful for that..thanks again Limelady :)

I am sure if anybody else needed assistance like me, they would get it too.

I couldn't have asked for anything more, and I'm sure all the other moderators would have done the same thing too.

They're putting themselves out for us at the end of the day, and doing what they can to make this place as enjoyable as possible...so let's hear it for the mods eh!

yer, your (we're) all good people and it takes a lot to push us but moderation is needed or it would just be one big arguement.

cheers dude..... at the end of the day its the people that make a forum.... the mods are just here to referee as sadly some people like to cheat.


it is defo not an easy job... its hard enough to please most people let alone when you have a certain individuals who seem to make a Hobie out of trying to make life hard for the mods....

For those that have never been a mod...you don't EVEN know how difficult it is, so don't criticize them until you've walked a mile in their shoes.

I think the mods and FA's do a great job. As I said on another thread, none of them walk around with a big stick.

This is a great forum. For those that don't like it...why torment yourself by returning?
