I don't understand why I can't just send David an e-mail. I have tried contacting his people too and had no response and that was weeks ago now..... What's the go? He doesn't even have to read it if he doesn't want to, but he seems to be untouchable.....kinda sucks.
I would have thought he would love to hear from the people that respect and look up to him. I can't even thank him for his work. And if it's because of harrasment or whatever then why is it not stated as such and explained to us?
Anyone?

I tried to contact him on one occasion. I was mixed up and confussed about a few of the points he made in his book. So i sent an email.
I got an email back, not from David, but from one of his support team i guess, a guy called lawrence if my memory serves me right. He told me to stop pestering David Icke (1 email) and if i did'nt he would get in touch with the F.B.I. to track me down. I kid you not.
So i wrote back and said, hold on a moment, i've sent one email, i'm a little confussed, yet your threatening to get the F.B.I. on to me, the same F.B.I. David slates in his books.
My reply was, not everyone in the F.B.I are corrupt and i should stop contacting him (1 email).
I showed a friend of mine who was hugely into Icke and he was not impressed i can tell yeah.
Oh well good luck anyway. I dont look up to Icke, kinda of eye to eye is best. Look up to no one i say, throw the pedestals away:)

I agree with that. I just meant that he means a lot to me and I would like to contact him.
That story of your sounds pretty depressing. What's the go with this? Can anyone explain this before I lose a chunk of respect for David?

If David answers e-mails from his readers/audience, then he will have to answer reply after reply, not only from a few, but from many people. I would find that burdensome myself. One option would be to answer only a few e-mails, but even that would in many cases lead to having to answer reply after reply. And then in order to not be overwhelmed, most of the e-mails would have to be ignored, and then one would feel like being arrogant and uncaring.

FBI in the UK? Not for harassing David Icke. Sounds like some-one winding you up!

Well it was'nt David Icke who sent the message remember, it was someone else. Not sure if David Icke even knew about it, but who knows. I was incredibily shocked, i mean the F.B.I. My friend who was into Icke still brings it up when ever i see him. I think he has moved onto gnosticism last i heard:)

Well yeah, i thought that. All i can tell you, it was an email from icke central, from a guy called lawrence. I cannot remember his last name, but next time i see my friend i'll find out if he can remember, it was about hmmmm 4-5 years ago to be honest.:)

I have been saying the same thing. I have some questions but mostly, I wanted to get his advice on organizing something here where I live. I like to play an active role to waking people up here in Connecticut, USA and wanted his take on it because he has more experience. People are going to say he is too busy but guess what, so am I. I also am a paying member and deserve some type of communication to the person I give money too. I am paying for a cause I believe in but don't like to be ignored by people running this site.
I have run this thing through my mind and I don't see any reason in the world that I can't even write the guy a letter. I guess I'm on my own. I can't even get a response from anyone? Thats hits a nerve with me a little. It's not right, and it seems a little hypocritical.
But hey, who am I to question it. Just an "average" guy I guess. How dare I think that it would actually be possible to communicate with David Icke. You'll have forum people telling you how it can't be done or it's not practical or blah blah blah, like some defenders of the faith or something.
How about everyone get together instead and figure a way to communicate even better and with David Icke so we can really get something going. There are ways, you know?
I've said before that going with my gut instinct, something just isn't quite right here and I feel that this forum and website is being run like any other close minded operation. There's like some kind of hierarchy here. Just foolish in MY OPINION. I'm bored with it cause I can get that crap anywhere else around me. Even Senator Lieberman or someone from his office here in Corrupticut responds to my e-mails. Why not anyone here?

I dunno so much about this. Firstly, there is a way for members to get Q's to Icke with the podcast thing. Secondly its a cultural thing, Icke generation's is far less inclined to use the internet. Thirdly, if Icke did get personal mail he'd get thousands a day, mostly repetitive. He's laid out his point of view and its his point of view... and on the appreciated thing: Icke knows hes appreciated. But ultimately: its not about Icke. He is, simply, a guy who was able to fulfill a particular role, and be a role model in setting a good example: but hes not a guru and doesnt owe personal communication to anyone, no matter how much they have read the books or appreciated his work. I can't see any reason to lose respect simply becuase he is just a man living a finite life
However if anyone has important info they want to get to Icke, then just post it on here, or send it to sean. Other than Ickes view on some info, that we probably know anyway if we just extend our empathy a little, hes only going to share the info anyway, and we can (and should!) be taking the repsonsibility to do that ourselves

He would have to answer reply after reply? Really? is that the only way he could do it. Jeez, I wonder how everyone else does it? I don't mean to sound sarcastic but I could see that response coming a mile away and is frustrating because it answers nothing.

I sense that there are layers of people around David, and I'm not sure that they all have David's best interests at heart. You have to get through them before you can reach David, by which time your message has been diluted or misinterpreted.
Also, remember that David seems to be quite a private person, so he might just be preserving what's important to him.

Fair enough, but I've tried asking Sean and someone from another section.....nothing. How hard can it be. I think there could at least be an explanation for it written up on the web-site. Why not.
I just want to communicate with a fellow human being. Denied.
I've asked indirectly. Denied.
I've come up with ideas on how to spread the word but no response yet from any of David's office workers.
I e-mailed "the disclosure project" about using their work for public display and got a reply almost straight away.

I would respect that. But why not put up a piece of info in the contact section explaining to us why he has chosen to make himself un-contactable? I would've.

Well maybe PM Sean and ask him to give us some insight on this thread? TBPH I'm just not in the habit of thinking "what would I ask that person?", I ask myself and go looking for answers. Get your ideas out anyway Barbitone, I know they will be good ones! Let Icke play catch-up if nessacary: again, hes not a leader: so theres no reason not for you to take the lead

Nah, that wouldn't be cool.
In his book Tales From The Time Loop (http://www.davidickebooks.co.uk/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=3), he tells you a little bit about his mindset concerning his privacy.
I've just never forgotten it.
It has been explained in the guidlines at the top of every forum that he's not participating and the reasons for it.
If you need to contact him (as thousands every week need to) drop an email on the main website contact page and / or write to him at the business address found at www.davidickebooks.co.uk (http://www.davidickebooks.co.uk)
You can't expect that David can personally answer and talk to every single person that requests it.
We've already requested that users don't create threads regarding contacting david icke, so i'm now closing this thread. Any questions, drop an email to the websiter or PM a moderator please.
Thanks.
