I contacted Max Clifford to tel him about a woman called Dr Day who is in the USA. She cured herself of breast cancer. http://www.drday.com/

I got a reply back fram a woman that works for Max to say "...pass this onto Max and also Jade if we feel it could be of help."

Of course the person they have contacted is not Dr Day but I am pleased they have tried an alternative treatment. I hope she has success.

Big Brother was big-popular here in Australia for several years until people realised what a piece of shit it was, lost interest and the show got canceled.

Even at the height of BB-mania, I couldn't imagine that a story about one of the former contestants having cancer would garner anything more than maybe a page three article in the Sunday paper one day, followed by a few brief update paragraphs buried in the body of the newspaper here and there that would also evaporate once readers expressed their disinterest in the issue.

What I'm saying is that the BB-programming over UK way must be a lot more deeply-entrenched in the psyche than it was here, because even you guys on the DI forum seem to think that the story of a minor reality-TV celebrity having cancer is something of interest.

If I had to say something on the subject it would be this: I'm surprised every former contestant hasn't developed cancer, since the show itself is a carcinogen that people would be wise not to expose themselves to.

I am pleased she is getting alternative PROPER treatment. The problem is that if she dies the medical "profession" will claim it was because of the alternative treatment.

What's really sickening is in 20/30/40 years people will remember her and might even say "remember when Jade died"...Like she was their fucking friend, that's what's so insidious about the media; they make everything personal. Like when Diana died...Some people were carrying on like it was their own parents...actually weeping... The only reason public opinion has changed is because the reporting and the stories about her have changed, and the people who read the papers that run these stories are thick as pig shit and will think however the papers tell them to think.

The media companies say things like "oh, the public are very fickle", when in actual fact it's them that change the public opinion and lead the public to think they came up with it on their own.

great post, totally agree with ya. meanwhile the actress wendy richards dies today from cancer and whilst her illness was in the public domain she didn't force it down our throats. all she said publicly was to urge women if they found a lump in their breast to see a quack asap. where's jade telling women to go for smear tests and all that? nah, it's all about her quest to make sure she can make enough money to ensure her kids get a private education aka she's a utter turd.

I agree--screw this lady, many people have cancer what makes this fool so special. i absolutely hate celebrities that are just false heroes. She looks stupid with her bald head, which is just a ploy for attention, she could wear a wig but no this is the more shocking option. She is also an ugly dog.
