There s a lot of discussion on her about debt collection or TVLA etc.

Im just wondering if the people who are experts in this forum could list the top 3 or more things that debt collection agencies dont want you to know?

They don't want you to know that if they are collecting on behalf of or have purchased a debt that they have no contract with you and therefore no jurisdiction over you.

Too true! I've had a couple of cases where this has happened and firmly put them in their place. Bloody chancers! Don't know what's worse, a multi-million/billion pound company chasing a debt (in my case incorrectly) or a bunch of greedy b*ggers trying to buy the debt from the company to pursue themselves!

As the TV licence thread shows; they chase, hound, harass, threaten and deceive people who don't even have a TV to licence.

Corporate bullies.
Stealing money by strong arm tactics, legal obfuscation and terrorism.
No point disguising a piece of shit by calling it an organic chocolate log replica ... they are what they are.
Corporate bullies.
Terrorists.
Crooks.
Thieves.
Scum.
