In this video, you can clearly see something approach the missile, and apparently fire some sort of beam at the missile.

alot is going on here.
this lights are on earth constantly.
sometime you see them sometimes u dont.
thy decide if you will see them.
Wow that was an interesting piece. They took it down for what?
