but the spiritual, side is, when they (your partner) feel down, you help them get/cheer up, or when they need you you help them. that caring side is not chemical is it. does a mother love her child, yes, why? its wrong associating love with just attraction, as its a umbrella term for many emotions/feelings.

No, it's the opposite.

In humans, the feelings CAUSE the chemical response. Although,
in theory, it can happen both ways.

The chemical response is the extraordinary way we experience the
feeling on a physical level.

It's the body's attempt to translate the feeling into physical terms.

I agree with you. The chemical is just the body's heartfelt response
of thanks for care and protection it is getting.

Here's a guess....

Women, deep down, are romantic, in the true sense of the word.

Most of us men however .... think, plan, scheme, organize and

You can trigger the right emotions using a variety of things, look at the profile of what a women wants, going on the DNA side of things. They would want a man who can provide and protect for her and her young. What charatcheristics match this criteria? They themselves can be divided into different groups.
